The representative straight up LIED to me about the availability of Verizon's Wifi service in my area. When I got the box home and it didn't work, a phone rep discovered that the store rep had used a DIFFERENT ADDRESS than ours (even though I asked to double check it) to falsify that it would work. He also lied about the difference between the two boxes. What a mess I had to untangle later.
tl;dr: DO NOT trust representatives at this store at all.

Buyer Beware! I’m usually very cautious and do not fall for sales pitches or salespeople; however, Dimone caught me off guard and I was under duress. I was doing 4 things at a time and was distracted while trying to establish service. I should’ve followed my gut and left. I filed formal complaints with California Public Utilities Commission and Verizon Customer Service.
In short, I was supposed to only finance $200 and I ended up financing $1,610.00 because of the way Dimone finagled the account set-up.
On Monday, 3/4/2024. I will send a demand letter to Verizon Legal Department to request remedies and cures for the unethical and fraudulent conduct of Wireless Plus, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, that caused personal injury to myself and my business line that was ported into Verizon as a new transfer account. I’ve already spent a little bit more than 5 hours trying to fix my account issues.
On 2/28/24 from 3:30pm to 6:30pm, I was in a Loma Linda Verizon authorized retailer store to trade-in an old phone and start new business service.
The representative, Dimone promised $1000.00 credit for an iPhone 15 Pro for new service and trading in my old phone. The wireless gateway was supposed to be free. I was promised a $70 bill and 2 days later I reviewed the bill to find no promotions were applied and my bill was $190.00.
Dimone also added a protection plan that was not asked for. He also put the store’s address as my billing address and entered a bogus contact number.
On 3/1/2024, I visited a Sherman Oaks corporate location to get some clarity on my bill and to return the devices associated with my new account. I was told I need to handle the return at the Loma Linda authorized retailer store. I was also advised on the frequent complaints about unethical and fraudulent transactions at authorized retailer stores.

Demon is a liar he sold us a plan & we’ve been charged double for the account ! Verizon said they are selling FALSE plans to accumulate commissions I’ll be by soon to fix this !!!!

I went to this location on Saturday, January 8, 2024 and had the pleasure of being helped by Dimone Backus. I was in need of a new phone and I've been a Verizon Customer for over 18 years. Before going to this location, I spent 30 minutes on a call with Verizon and no one was able to help me with my needs and save me money on top of the service need. I had 7 phone lines on my plan. I had already also gone to my local Verizon location in San Dimas but they didn't offer me anything that worked for me. I ended up at the Wireless plus location on Harriman in San Bernardino because I was on my way to a new restaurant. THE BEST DECISION I made was to go here and have Dimone Backus help me. He gave me 100% of his undivided attention and worked through every option he could think of to service my needs. This was all while being the only employee there with 4-5 customers also waiting their turn. He tended to them to show that he valued their patience and in-between setting up my new phone he serviced the other customers. Not only did he go far and beyond great service, he knew all the plans available from end to end, and he also saved me $160 on my almost $500 cell phone bill. ANYONE who needs exceptional and honest service and exceptional customer service I recommend to go to this location and ask for Dimone. Going forward I will drive 30+ minutes to this location for all future cell phone needs. I am hoping this review is seen by his Manager and Leaders. Thank you Dimone for setting the bar very high.

The sales associate augusto treated me very poorly . his demeanor was nasty and very aggressive he refused to help me with a problem that occurred because he lied to me when signing me up with Verizon service . I regret the day I joined Verizon because of him . Poor attitude and poor service at this location

This store completely ruined mine and my wife's plan by adding perks and additional phones we did not ask for and removed my insurance from my phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE.

They charged me 30$ just for the SIM card, it seems a scam. At T-Mobile, the SIM card cost 5$.

Dimone is the best!! Ask for him when you go to this location. He lowered and saved us a considerable amount on our phone bills, plus we got new phones and a router. He knows what he's doing and he will get you the best phone deals available. He goes above and beyond to help answer all your concerns and needs.
