If sign said they close at 7pm I expected 7pm not 630pm because they had two cars ahead of us. So we went elsewhere better.

I have come to this place at least 5 times with tire problems, each time I was unable to get any assistance because it's usually crowded or vehicles blocking the entrance. A week ago I had a flat, looked like a big staple was stuck in my tire. I got there, and only 1 other car was there, getting 1 tire changed. The guy who helped me had a bit of a bad mood/attitude. I have never waited so long for a patched tire. Cost me $20.
Today, my tire somehow was torn almost all out of its rim, driving on the freeway at 60 mph.... luckily, it was one of the back tires.
There are signs saying they are not responsible for any used tires or patched up ones, so no use going to them.
However, I want people to be aware that perhaps they don't do as good a job as they should. A good attitude toward your clients can have a great impact on the job performed as well as having future clients.
After all, clients are the ones helping you take care of bills and salaries, right???? Something most businesses forget these days.
Tires are a very important component of a car.
Needless to say, I will not be back, even though they are the closest to me.
