I came to this location at 4:52pm on a Tuesday an the lobby was locked and closed up. If you're supposed to close at 5PM why are you already gone by 4:52.

The people inside the post office have no professionalism, they are very rude and the office is very dirty, now the people who deliver the mail in the residential area are very rude, they have no professionalism

literally the epitome of dogwater government service. the geezers in here have been rotting it up since the 90s at least and would probably rather be doing anything else than helping you in anyway. I'm surprised these hags haven't just done us all a favor and retired, assuming their families hate them so there's not much else to do. Best part is no online business hours are valid, they choose when to be open. Thankfully there's two other San Bernardino offices nowadays so you no longer have to drive to Redlands for a decent USPS expirience

My delivery was due today on Saturday July 23rd and I got a notification saying that they attempted the delivery but I don't think they were ever here. First and foremost, the post office has a key to the apartment complex so they should have been able to get in. Secondly, the gate is broken and can be opened and I'm pretty sure they know this. Third, there are always people going in and out of the gate and a lot of people outside that can actually open the gate. It makes absolutely no sense why the mail person couldn't deliver my package. P now I have to take time off tomorrow just to wait for the package and sign for it.

This US postal office isn't my go-to location. It's dirty and rundown.Service is meh. It's like if everyone hates their jobs and it shows in the service or lack thereof. So, I recommend avoiding this location and taking your US postal needs elsewhere.

The service in the post office is ok. My single star review is because of the lack of service and responsibility I have received when I placed a hold on my mail because I was out of town on 3 separate occasions. Each time the mail was still delivered to my home. My wife called in a complaint and I was called the next day by a supervisor and the mail was still delivered. I am definitely going to make every effort to hold someone accountable for this. I am also going to see if I can opt out of mail entirely. These clowns always deliver my mail to a neighbor and the neighbor is kind enough to bring it over, this happens frequently.

Ki-Ana or how ever you spell her name is the manager at this location very rude to customers she doesn't think kindness customer service applies to her she forgets she's a public servant. Talks back to customers denied me a complaint form acted like she didn't know what a complaint form was. She wild up Veronica which is omg the attitude rudeness the angry yelling telling me she calling the cops for asking for complaint forms then Cynthia gets to yelling talking rude to customers making other customers feeling uncomfortable then telling them I was recording there transactions when I was recording for my safety because they are escalating every situation and yelling. They're calling the cops. Crazy day at a post office all I wanted was complaint forms to file against ki-Ana and Veronica even the post master Tim said it was ok to ask for complaint forms and to record their behavior wow be careful at this post office

Rude and giving out wrong info just so they don’t have to do their job. I went in to change my address because I can not online and she said “we don’t do that anymore. Print it out for free online or do it online” Well your agents for USPS customer care weren’t happy with that response. Per CA postal laws, your office is REQUIRED to keep change of address forms on hand AT ALL TIMES. You also CAN NOT print out the form online like the clerk told me. Get it together please

Don’t bother having any packages that weigh over 50lb+ delivered by usps, specifically this office. Will make the excuse that it’s “heavy” when they are fully capable of making accommodations. Don’t bother rescheduling as well you’ll have to pick it up.

I regularly have to go to this post office and I've never had a problem with any of its employees. Let me say that every employee every visit has been very nice and helpful. Only bad thing I can say is, they need a couple more employees. The lines are usually very long.
