The female worker closed the door as people were walking up for service. She shook her hand and said they were closed, even though it says open come in she taped the homemade and closed it on customers.

Came to pump gas and the cashier comes out telling my son that she was on her 10 min break that because she was working an 8 hour shift I understand u need to take ur little breaks but she didn't have to be Route about it

I have lived in the muscoy community for 35 years and have frequent this gas station. I stopped to put gas on Saturday morning 2/25 and met the most worst miserable cashier. I have never been treated this poorly. We are a professional hard working family. I know muscoy is not the best known community but me and my family planted roots here years ago. I believe in utilizing local vendors vs big companies when possible. Because of her I will never go to USA again. I would rather pay more at AMPM down the street. I will also let my family and friends know about this incident. I feel we all deserve decent customer service. She deserves a zero rating and I suggest that USA screen their employees better.

Maybe hiring a second attendant would be good. Was told it closed as the only attendant was washing pump area. Said you can pay at the pump. Discovered card reader doesn’t work. Went somewhere else
