This is the worst branch of the worst bank in the area. Rude staff who have no concept of how to do their job would rather act like they are better than the customers and make shady comments then to de-escalate the situation by offering actual solutions. This branch is useless for anything but minor deposits and withdrawals. They refuse to help you if there is an error on your account or if you have questions about loans. They just tell you to go online or call customer service even if you are disabled and need assistance that online or by phone cannot properly provide. Deposits and withdrawals here are also very sketchy as a lot of people have gotten robbed here and the bank has zero security even though the tellers will talk about people getting robbed. I finally was able to open an account with a REAL bank right down the street and the customer service was amazing. So it can be done, even in this rough neighborhood. REAL banks can survive getting sued or investigated by the government, this one won't. If you like your money, get it out of US Bank before it ends up in the news as just another failed bank that screwed all its customers.

My friend went there and they closed his account without him knowing and just gave him a letter and a check with his money and they couldn't give an explanation why and the branch manager mr.lopez closed it and didn't have a reason!!!

Happy with my banking needs here. Staff knows me by name. They have been courteous, friendly, sociable, to me. Able to assist my needs with care.

I tried to open an account here today. A young teller at the counter told me that "it doesn't go like that". I have to make an appointment for next week. Lmao. I just went down the street. No service here at all.

They don't answer the phone. When all you need to ask is a simple question. Loan department is very unorganized. Overall just a bad experience.

Go Elsewhere for your banking! I Created a new account but have been unable to enroll in online banking due to a technical error on their end which no one seems to be able to resolve. What’s the point of opening an account if I can’t use your services? It’s been a month, 12 phone calls, no reply to the investigation as to why. When I google the error it seems hundreds of other people are experiencing the same thing without resolution but they pretend it’s the first time they’re hearing of it when I call. I closed the account because it’s no point in having a useless bank account

US bank is a joke! The call center points you to the branch, and the branch will say they can’t do anything from there. After 5 trips to the branch and 10 calls and nothing is resolved. Not to mention if I call the local branches the system hangs up on you. My account was flagged due to a name change, but yet my direct deposit comes in the name they flagged…. Yet they have accepted that name for years. Now they are holding my direct deposit until God knows when… I do not recommend this bank, their customer service is horrible! No accountability what do ever!

This bank was full service, but was not sanitizing between customers. Thank God for N95 mask, and quality hand sanitizer.

They charged me a fee for closing my savings account which doesn’t make sense it should be free to close it,i left it dormant for two months because I couldn’t save any money so they charged me a 37$ fee i paid it so I don’t owe anymore but just be aware if you close it there is a fee
