My experience with UPS Team Member Quoasia was excellent. Ms. Quoasia was patient and courteous. She explained my shipping options communicating clearly and always smiling. Shipping items and minimizing costs can be very stressful. I’m grateful and appreciative for the excellent customer service Quoasia provided and I will definitely share my experience with my family and friends. I try to call but all I am getting a machine that doesn't want to connect me with the store and went you say customer service we can't connect you until you answer this question and then they answer what the tracking number and that what they ask over and over again. You call again and it all this question and then they how can I help so what the point. Also line are long and you take for ever to get to you.

This is by far the most superb UPS Store I've visited. The staff is friendly, efficient, and they pay attention to detail when helping put the finishing touches on my shipments. They help tape the boxes as a courtesy, and do so neatly and with a smile. Great UPS Store! 10 STAR REVIEW!

Terrible customer service with this employee Jada everytime I go in there.. She is a nasty girl but Larry try and have a nice mean attitude! I have to go over my receipt 3x because she was trying to over charge me. Started at 23.10 ending at 18 dollars! Lucky I was paying attention. The receipt said Jada but she is light skin with blond hair
