Literally the worst place ever , I recommend FEDEX.I literally drove 3 times to This location and they don’t know how to deliver packages they drove by my house on Ring camera video and did not stopIt’s really embarrassing the curly hair girl she’s cool but Really the drivers are trash !They waste your time and then they act like they not on the clock

Worst customer service in my life. Not even being mean or nasty. Being real. I just don't want to deal with them ever again. A whole month ordeal. Not even worth the merchandise I order. How is it, I have to drive to another city to pick up a package meant to be delivered to my address? Makes 0 sense.

The lady who was attending me did not feel like helping me at all. Not to mention she had an attitude to start with. It’s as if she’s working there just to work. Told me repeatedly I can’t help you call the 1 800 number. Horrible customer service

These guys are obnoxious and worthless. I will use FedEx from now on! No one is ever at the front desk. They have been closed every single time I have been there this month. The employees won't even talk to you or answer a single question. They are all stuck-up. I hope they loose their jobs, they don't deserve to have them.

The tracking details of my shipment stated needs apartment number to deliver. There are no apartments on my block and my house does not look like an apartment. I've had issues before getting UPS to deliver to big bear lake, ca The service stinks in the big bear area. I think the guy just wanted to get off work on time instead of doing the job

As always. Again and again. I always have troubles with UPS deliveries. Apparently the drivers not even attempt to deliver in my address which is a senior community. They don't call to be at the gate or notify the delay of delivery and the package ends in a limbo for several days. I attempted another location which is a pharmacy and open most of the hours and not even there the package was delivered. They always have packages, but for some reason the delivery guy again never attempted. In this way the package ended again in the limbo. I called yesterday and the person who answer the phone said the package WILL BE DELIVERED today at 12pm, but that never happened. I called moments ago and finally my package appear in a UPS warehouse at the opposite side of the city. This happened several times before. I really hate the service of UPS and contrary to this I never had any troubles with Fedex deliveries from Amazon.

They Deserve No review at all they are very unprofessional, they need better workers and drivers and delivery workers there is no way my mother should pay 90 dollars for her shipment to be to her the next day and turn around the package is missing now with no clue of what happened too it .. It says online the package was out for delivery so how does the drive have rights to say the package never was in the car I feel as if they are lying and my mother needs to get more information on package .. personal belongings and now they are not in her possession I want to file a claim , sue , them get shut down this does not sit well with me

This is the last known location of my package I was supposed to have delivered yesterday, March 3rd. There have been no other updates since March 1st. I called customer service and they told me to consider it lost because there are no delays noted. I filed a claim and I am awaiting to hear what happened to my order. This is not the first time UPS has let me down.
