Do not waste your money here. Majority of my stuff was damaged and ruined because of rat infestation. There was rat poop everywhere on all my furniture. Pretty much all my stuff was tossed in the trash because it was no longer usable.

Do not rent here unless your wiiling to get your own insurance. Rodents run rampant. Hello, we moved out of our house 3 months ago and put all our stuff here. Went to get an item out of our storage and rat droppings everywhere. Spoke to the office staff and all she asked was, "do you want to fill out a claim form". Almost like it happens all the time! I' took photos to document, Scary situation. I told her not til we can see how much damage has been caused. She did make a note of it though....update, we vacated our storage and found 5k worth of damage! Gave pics and receipts to the office and the amount their willing to covering is 1k. Please do not use this storage facility!!! The same rodent traps have been there for 18 months. Will be sharing our experience on our neighborhood app.So with great disappointment we're reluctantly signing off on the DAMAGES SUFFERED DUE TO A RODENT INFESTATION! For the small amount that the insurance company provides its tenants. Want to reiterate that if you need to rent space at this facility definitely get your own renters insurance to cover your belongings cost. My wifes 37 year old wedding dress was also damaged due to the infestation that was professionally packaged. There's no price tag to cover this loss obviously, the only comment we received from the management after this ordeal was the comment you can see here. The same old generic apology....

So customer service gets a 5 star definitely. Everyone who works at my location on Kendall is awesome! Always friendly and so helpful. I’m a little torn on the pricing to where I want to give 4 stars but I have listened to horror stories of other places being broken into, so might be better to pay a little more. I can say I’ve never ever had a problem and I know thing happen but I feel my things are safe. I will say a great place to rent from!

Honest staff very helpful and fast service. I was hesitant in getting a storage unit because the time I thought it would take to get things going on my tight schedule. I was in and out before I knew it. Ryan was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns.

Storage units are ready infested. Rats destroyed all my property and clothing by y chewing it up. Mattress box spring couches punching bag etc...etc... We were never told t he at the storage had a rat infestation. Filled a claim and now they don't answer or emails or phone calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional. Even found a dead rat in my unit.

I've used them in the past a few years ago. They were great then. Now not so much. I was charged extra fees once I checked in and the girl at the desk was a bit snooty. Made a deal about my middle initial wasn't in the online contact. I don't know what the big deal was about that but apparently it's a big deal.

Freakin rat droppings and urine on all our belongings. Office staffs response was do you want to fill out a complaint....go elsewhere....

Clean but everything is metal and so it's very hot inside the units. And it closes so early and the hours you can get inside to your unit are very strick.
