Very knowledgeable crew they have. Saved me $ on an online order mistake I had made. If you're looking for a firearm, they have a great inventory. I enjoy bass pro shop,but I hate the 3 hr. wait to make a purchase and then another 3 to pick it up.

Came in to do a transfer on a double barrel shotgun. Manager does not know anything about current laws. Refused to to do a transfer without giving me an explanation, just kept saying it's a new policy....... This location does not know what they are doing.... Don't waste your time. Managers are not knowledgeable. It was easy for him to just say go somewhere else.. went to Higland guns and they did the transfer for me in under 20 min........

Terrible customer service. Walking in the store the representatives are already trying to filter out whether they can service you or not. I went 1 hour prior to closing looking to purchase a firearm and they're saving they cannot assist me. What a waste of my time and gas driving to the store to get told I'm not going to be serviced. The workers there don't look like they want to work plain and simple.

I've been to and purchased from several locations. San Bernadino is worth visiting. They know their stuff and are extra helpful. Pasadena and west Covina are ok. You can't pay me enough to go to Santa Clarita. Mr. Means, the manager is beyond rude and unprofessional. It's also obvious where the sales staff learned their customer service. Seriously, I bought 4 guns there in a 2 week period (last year) so I'm good customer and I was treated worse than dirt by at least 5 different people there. In stock contrast, multiple other sales people would chime in with helpful information or useful observations. The difference is night and day. I'll drive the 70 miles to take my business there.

Small location with horrible parking but the staff were friendly and helpful. The employees at the gun counter are knowledgeable. There was an older gentleman that was rude to everyone that tried to talk to him but he was equally rude to everyone so I’m guessing that’s his demeanor.

Put a deposit in December 2023 and I had to be the one to call in January 2024 for them to tell me my gun was in stock again to come in and initiate the 10 day waiting period. Do not believe their deposit policies. They will take your money and give you no update. Terrible customer service. Go to the mom and pop shop next door if you can.

Handguns are overpriced, between $50 to a $100 than Sportsman warehouse
Parking lot and store are too small.
