DON'T DEAL WITH THEM! Sent us an item that they know we will never be able to use in the US! Mailed it back to them a few weeks ago and they promised to refund. Almost two months later, STILL NO REFUND.

They are by far one of the best dental supply companies I've worked with. Even if I text them after hours, they are quick to help me with all my needs! I'm looking to do some major equipment upgrades for my dental chairs and plan on going through them for most of my supplies. Prices are also very reasonable.

If I was to buy from this company I would think it twice this company has actually 3 names Tri county Dental Supply, bargain dental supply and Redland dental supply, we purchased products on Amazon and other platform and they have sent counterfeited products, they claim to have Madrid Dental Supply products when they don’t in reality. We have reported them with Amazon, eBay and other platforms to remove their account for false advertising. To all my dental colleges I suggest to get away from this company as they bring harm with their grey market products. We will next report them with FDA and 3M to take legal actions against them.

Amazing customer service! They are very responsive. They addressed my concerns quickly and even personally contacted me regarding some concerns I had with colors for my equipment. Reasonably priced as well. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Placed an order with this company, 2 weeks later still no order. I contacted them directly via phone and one guy stated the order was cancelled due to it being out of stock and mentioned they had sent an email with this information. There was no email ever sent and all he kept saying was "aaaahhh I told my colleague to send it". So unprofessional, didn't even know what was going on!
