I came in a few days ago to get my car serviced, and once I received the receipt from the oil change I noticed the assistant service manager Freddy Velarde had put his card down and asked to goto lunch.. it just made me feel really uncomfortable and it was very unprofessional. I just wanted to share my experience just in case any other people get service from this there. Thank you.

Spoke with Toyota corporate today. Toyota is to cover courtesy vehicle while vehicle is in for warranty work (less than 1 year in, was ~15,000 miles). This dealership isn't even returning calls to corporate! This dealership wants to charge me for a vehicle & refuses a courtesy shuttle to/from work. There are no other Toyota dealerships within the courtesy shuttle area I work. It is privately owned, and corporate only backs warranty work.If you think, buying a vehicle here and getting service will include courtesy shuttle, think again! I wished I had never purchased a Toyota, based on their service. Look elsewhere (Honda, Subaru). I hear they have much better service & they provide courtesy shuttle service. I know Spreen does, and they wash your vehicle afterwards.Don't buy Toyota! Cars fall apart sooner (based on my experience), company is difficult to work with (claim went in July, still waiting to schedule with shuttle service to/from this location).I STILL have not gotten a call from the service manager, tho have asked for it (by phone & Yelp, any method I can...).Buyer beware!!! (I warned you!)

The talked me into doing the fan service on my hybrid battery… this involved taking the back seat off. Also involved taking the baby seat off.I asked if they wanted me to take the baby seat off because it’s a complicated one and they said no, they figured it out.When I got the car back the seat was taken apart in a strange way and because I wasn’t there I did not know what they did to take it apart so I could not retrace the steps to put it back together. This was really annoying. The tech had left and they pretty much did not care.Their service manager did not care to speak with me even though I called several times.I will not take my business to them any more!

Do not recommend this location in regards to service timing. I'm still waiting for my vehicle when I'm only here for regular maintenance, such as an oil change and rotating the tires, etc. I've been sitting here now for almost three hours - WITH AN APPOINTMENT. I wish that was an exaggeration. Came on my lunch break with prayers that it wouldn't take too long. Looks like I'll be returning to Claremont Toyota where I purchased it.

I had the best experience with Wendy Ramirez, Johana and Abdon Maravi! From beginning to end - they were attentive to my needs, my budget and helpful through every step! I was in and out of the dealer in less than 30 minutes. This was honestly an awesome experience. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication in putting the customer first. I've bought many cars in my life and this was by far one of the easiest, if not easiest, car buying experiences, from beginning to end! Johana was great when helping choose the right car for me. Very kind and knowledgeable. The finance department was very kind and helpful as well. I ended up in a 2024 Camry and am totally in love!

This is a good Toyota. I like this one even more than the Crown Toyota in Ontario. They got me the deal I wanted and made sure I got everything I wanted in a new car. This was my first time buying from a big dealer and not a smaller place and I was not disappointed. I'd recommend for people to go there and be prepared with exactly what you want and are going for so they can help you out how you need it.

Once again Soemy was amazing!. Guided me through the whole process, explained everything in detail, made getting the additional recommended services easy and hassle free, kept me updated as I waited there while my car was being worked. Was feeling a little under the weather but She still went above and beyond during the process. 5 stars for her, great customer service as always with her. Keep her around for sure!

We ordered a brand new 2024 Toyota Sequoia about a month or so ago and received it yesterday . Wendy Ramirez and Brianna were absolutely amazing!! They listened to our wants and needs and worked their hardest to achieve it ( accomplished ). We were in and out with our Nee perfect beautiful car in no time . Toyota of San Bernardino is amazing !!!

Everything was done online. I saw and approved the sticker price, the cost out the door, etc. no longer hours haggling over price or getting qualified for credit, etc. car was washed and ready to go. All I had to do was sign a bunch of documents (required by law and other compliance rules),sit in the car and have the sales associate help me implement some of the latest technology and wave goodbye as I'm driving off in the new car. Fantastic and completely stress free. also, no pressure in purchasing other goodies and respected my decisions.

This is my go to dealership thanks to my previews adviser Benny Gonzalez. I just come from the dealership to do an oil change, even its far from my place i still go there because of my previews experience. But not today and this might be me my last. My service advisor name is "DANNY VENTURA" my 4runner is 50k miles and told me to do an transmission fluid exhange/service. He said i must because my car is lifted those kind of stuff. He will give discount, a total of $500. I show him my coupon thru email that if i had spend $500 plus i could have $125 off. He didnt honor it because its already discount. While i was waiting i called toyota of Clairmont asking the same service and i was told they offer same service for $300 plus and also told me im not due for that kind of service and told me it should be 60k miles for severe condition. Then i told it to Danny about it and told me he told me that impossible for that price and i should do own my research before i said yes to the service. And he dont know that its in owners manual that 60k miles service and 120k miles service for the transmission,WTF But he is the one who insisted those service!!! Terribble i feel i been rob. I want my money back and dont send email if dont honor it!!! And toyota should have same price all dealership for same kind of service! Horibble horibble experience!! One more thing he said im gonna be charge for my skid plate next time for my service!! First time i ever heard about this. My skid plate is stock skid plate and trd skidplate. I wish i could get my money back!!!!

We’ve bought two cars here and both times it’s been a great experience. The philosophy of Toyota of San Bernardino produced a low stress highly collaborative experience for us. No nonsense, candid, fair. Everything I wish my former car purchasing experiences at other dealerships could have been. We’ll purchase our next car from Toyota of San Bernardino, without question.
