This place is great! They did wonderful work when they refurbished my mothers watch and have taken care of my family’s jewelry. I trust Watch Works. They’re honest, professional, and transparent.

I had lunch here and the food was OK. I had the Carne Asada burrito and it was a little dry.

The staff here is great and their work is always professional! I brought a handful of watches in and they were all fixed within an hour. Eddie and Christine were so kind. They provide their customers with the best service with the lowest rates!

My wife and I were in the Inland Center Mall and passed this store. We decided to stop in and look at some watches as my wife was kinda sorta thinking of getting one some time. The clerk,Christine, asked if we needed any assistance and as we always do we said no because we didn't want anyone selling us something we didn't want. It quickly became obvious to us that we really didn't know any more than what looked good so when Christine asked us if we would like to see any particular watch we said yes and the questions began. She was very professional and yet very friendly and very knowledgeable. She helped us narrow our selection down to three watches with no undue pressure. We left without purchasing either watch but after a discussion at the food court went back and bought a watch. My wife was very happy and very comfortable with her choice because Christine took time to answer all our questions and helper pick a watch that fit my wifes needs and tastes. We just wanted to thank her for making it such an enjoyable experience.

I had a ~$500 watch delivered for repair to these guys in the mall. Overall, from outside it looked a pretty descent and classy place, so I decided to go in.
I will make this painful experience short, and simply tell you that if you want to buy a watch, and did your homework about pricing etc, its fine you can go ahead and buy it. If you intend to REPAIR your watch.. stay as far away as possible.
First, I was told that the watch was not repairable, so a new mechanism would have to be installed worth $100. Long story short, and because the watch meant a lot to me, I had them "replace" the mechanism for $100, and NEVER received the old one back, as originally requested and normally expected (I am still wondering how much that worth, since it disappeared).
On top of everything else, the new mechanism does not fit well in the watch resulting the crown to be left slightly out. Being a water resistant watch, I tried taking a shower, which resulted to having the watch filled with water. On top of everything else, the newly installed mechanism got rusty. I can literally see rust on the face of my watch, making it look a pretty cheap and bad watch.
The choice is your when it comes to his repairs.

Highly not recommended! Dropped off my watch for cleaning and polish on a Saturday morning and was promised for pick up the following Wednesday after 5pm. Went to pick up my watch and the employee Christine was extremely rude and unprofessional. The watch was not ready for pick up. In fact, they hadn't started on it yet!!! I spoke with the owner and asked why it wasn't ready and he was sarcastic and rude and said, "Well it is Wednesday and it is after 5 and it's not the end of the day yet." He told me to wait in which I was upset because I was expecting to pick up and go. I waited 45min! I will not be coming here again and I will take my business elsewhere. This place needs training in customer service and common courtesy.
