drove up around 7:30 & once I got to the doors they turn the lights off and close 30 minutes early. If you're not going to be open till eight then change your hours of business.

I ordered a patio door plus installation, of course, they need to scheduled a measurement I order May 23 2023 and scheduled to measure on June 9 2023, and then I called in the morning of June 9 I spoke to Matt and he said somebody is coming the same day at 12nn so I wait,but then nobody came, I been calling Home Depot for more than an hour and waiting, and they said they send an order to Nashville and they reschedule again the measurement and I'm gonna wait for 3 to 10 days again,what a disaster so I decided to cancel my order and look for another company to do my door,never again...

Let me tell you about Antwoin in paint!!! How amazing is he, I went in for paint and left with a supply store but it well worth the money. He is amazing go see him for all you needs!!

Curbside pickup: Last time I waited a half an hour before I got frustrated and walked to the customer service area. This time...a quick 4 minute wait. Much better Home Depot!!! Thanks for the awesome service

Terrible service. I put in a same day order that wasn't ready until the next day, all items were in stock and in the same section of the store so it was supposed to be a simple order. I ordered two gallons of a specific color and they didn't even mix the color, they just gave me the bases. So now I have to go back to the store to get them mixed. Very inconvenient and makes me not want to recommend this location to anyone.

I recently moved out here and was warned that this Home Depot is the worst, but i had to experience it for myself. I am installing a fence on my property and checked the online inventory before wasting a trip. I need top posts and it shows that there are 105 in stock. Great. I get there and check before going in, and now there are 95. So SOMEONE purchased some. As i get to the aisle and bay, there are none there. This is at 7:30am and the store is mostly empty. So i ask the tired and weary employee that clearly displayed disappointment that i should trouble him for help. He walked to the next aisle and immediately came back to tell me that he doesn't know where they are at. He recommended that i go to the Redlands location because they show that they have them in stock also. Think about that for a second. I get that the younger employees don't have a great work ethic, but management does nothing to better the situation. Thanks for not letting me down Home Depot

Had a rental reservation done, turns out they rented it to someone else knowing it was already reserved? They did give me the dump trailer for the same rate. The gentleman that "Helped" me gave me a attitude throughout the entire process. One of the spares was also completely flat and ripped up and didn't want to swap it out for another. I'll never come to this home depot for a rental again. Horrible service.

They have hired a bunch of new people: It's morning, and the place opens at six. But here it is a little after 7am. I'm buying 25 bags of dark mulch out of season, so I am paying full price. I have my gardener put 25 bags on a flat cart. A bunch of employees were standing around a box putting prices on various items. I asked if they could open the garden door so I could load directly into my truck. No. Everyone knows that they don't open the garden entrance until eight. No the garden manager would not come down and open the gate. We had to roll the cart to the other end of the store. On the other hand they gave me my military discount. But I guess rules are rules.

I was there a few hours ago and there was this girl who was the only one there to do my phone sale and When I first walked up she was sweeping and I told her what I needed and she proceeded to say ugh and then roll her eyes and then she said I'm just kidding there's still an hour till closing and then she was being very pushy and she was just too much in my business asking me where I work and what I do for work I felt uncomfortable and after the receipt wasn't printing but I said it's fine and grabbed my stuff and tried to walk out but she kept asking me if I was sure after me saying many times I was and later had the audacity to ask me to give her a review well here it is and it's not a good one y'all should really train your dogs well,Xoxo her sales person id is eld1ae1.

What I want to know is why do you have a pickup option for curbside, but it takes so long to come out? I have been here waiting for 15 mins now. The car next to me been here longer than me. Ridiculous!

This review is purely for Albert Serrano, who is a total and utter bad a*** First of all he has a magical Mohawk, but more importantly he helped my mom buy over $6,000 in appliances. He was extremely knowledgeable and didn't try to price gouge us. We were in a deer in headlights and he helped us pick out everything we needed to win. This Home Depot has a cast of weird characters but Albert is the Diamond in the rough. There was a lady who straight up didn't know what a flat bed cart was and a guy in plumbing who knew nothing about pipes, sinks, or even how water works.. but Albert still saved the day. Give that man a raise! Thanks
