I went there on 2024.07.20 to look for a hat that I found at another Tilly's (a straw Quicksilver hat that I bought and subsequently broke), and after this being the 5th Tilly's that doesn't have it, Derek asked me if I wanted to order it directly from the store to have it shipped to my home; I found out that shipping charges don't apply this way. Thank you for your help Derek, it is much appreciated ?

Located across Victoria Secrets.This time my son found several items of clothes that he wanted that were on sale.Sweat pants with side pockets on the sides. $15T-shirt $7.50Billabong T-shirt $5Plaid long sleeve shirt $15Marisol was so very nice and friendly who rung us up and he signed up on the reward.I'm sure that we'll be back.

the customer service here was SO good that i felt legally obligated to leave a review, omg! i had three lovely women help me today (Sandra, Jojo, and Aliyah) and it took such a weight off my shoulders. i told them i was going to a 70s party and they helped me find the PERFECT top, and also helped try to create a whole outfit for me! :) aside from the superb customer service, there's a super wide selection too! super cute tops and jeans, from graphic tees to flared pants too. this Tilly's rocks!!

I wish I could leave no stars. I purchased an item in store to be delivered. I never received the package, contacted customer service, they opened an investigation. Once it was completed Tilly's stated the delivery company said they delivered the package. I told them on the day in question I was home and I live in a small (16) gated community. One way In and out. I have spent thousands of dollars at Tilly's over the years, this is how they treat customers. I will never shop here again.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had!! I shop Tillys all the time...for my husband, my 23 year old son and my two teenage kids, not to mention for family gifts, birthdays, etc. I took my kids back to school shopping here two weeks in a row and both times used my debit card. Tonight my 12 year old son and I went back to return a pair of unworn jankowski because they were too narrow for his feet. The cashier, Wendy, gave me back $91.18 in cash. Mind you, the only cash I had on me. We walked out, went to Shoe Palace, Foot Locker, Shiek, and back to Shoe Palace where my son finally found a pair of shoes. I went to pay with the cash I was given at Tillys and a $20 bill came back as counterfeit! The cashier at Shoe Palace was so nice and told me to take it back to Tillys and told me if they had any problems, he would come over and talk to them. I went to Tillys and told the same cashier, Wendy, that she gave me a counterfeit $20. She called her supervisor, Sonia, and she told me she couldn't exchange it because she doesnt know if that's the $20 they gave me!! When Wendy told her she literally just gave me that $ less than 20 mins prior, Sonia said "but is that the exact bill you gave her?" Of course Wendy didn't inspect the cash she gave me!! Longer story short, I refused to leave without my money, she got rude, I asked her to call security, she refused and told me I could do it, when I asked her to write a written statement explaining what happened, she refused and told me all I can do is call corporate. Well guess what, now I've filed a report with security, and a police report against Tillys for giving me counterfeit $ All my son wanted was a pair of damn shoes for school and what should have been a 30 min trip, turned into a 2 hour ordeal! NEVER shopping at this Tillys EVER!!! I need a drink!

It's a good story if has almost every piece of champion ever looked for and the customer service is a 10/10 Over all the store it's self is good and so is the customer service and it has almost every brand from adidas to champion and vans
