This place has the best customer service ever. When I receive my palapa and we've installed it that was extremely disappointed I could see right through it big open gaping spots. I sent them photos and they immediately responded by sending another palapa. The palapa now looks great and I'm extremely happy. I highly recommend this company. They also had very fast FedEx shipping and got it within a couple or 3 days. It hangs down a little too far but maybe because we bought a size a little too large. But it was a size that was recommended after taking measurements. They were very helpful and friendly over the phone as well. We'll just trim the bottom a bit to keep it away from the barbecue so it doesn't cause a fire hazard. I've been closed photos of the first one that was sent and then with the second one.

I stopped by last week. I have a project that I'm working on but didn't really know the type of materials that would work best. I did not catch the name of the man I spoke to, but he was very nice and helpful. Considering I only had a picture for him to go on, he gave me some great ideas how to achieve the look I was going for in my tiki room. He also gave me tips on how to cut thatching properly and even gave me some samples to try out. I will definitely be back :)

Scam scam scam!!!One star is way too much for this company, before you buy from this company read all the reviews on Yelp, all those five-star reviews on the company website is a fake reviews, I had to go through PayPal dispute to get back half of the money, they send me wrong size materials, after installation he want me to send it back in a new condition in original box which is impossible to do, The owner said "my guys made me mistake"and didn't want take responsibility for his own mistake...

This place is amazing! I had a tropical beach wedding and went here to purchase bamboo for the archway, isle and decorating our reception area....the staff was very helpful and the bamboo was beautiful. Everything turned out perfect and I couldnt have done it without them! I received so many compliments! Thank you so much

I have been using Tiki shack for palapas and back yard decor going on 15 years. Great quality at fair prices. Just picked up a couple new palapa covers for a refresh.

The return policy here is totally inflexible and unreasonable. You have 7 days from when you receive it to get it back to them. With today's mail service that is almost impossible, and if it takes you a few days to install it and find out that it's the wrong size, etc, it's already too late. Trying to correspond with the owner doesn't help. He insisted I drive 90 minutes each way to San Bernardino to show him the product before he'd take it back (with a 25% restocking fee!). That doesn't make much sense for on-line buyers (during a stay-at home order from the governor!).

I made a mistake entering my zip code when ordering from them and my package got sent to the wrong city. That was my fault. I contacted UPS who told me only the vendor could update the zip code. I emailed Tiki Shack Importer and was told by Ted that the shipping department was closed on Saturday and they would call UPS on Monday. Monday comes and I email them to ask if they were able to call UPS and update my zipcode and Ted tells me that shipping will call, but it will be $12-17 to have them call, and asks me how would I like to pay. Condescending, rude, and unhelpful are just some of the words to describe his communication style. Sheisty AF. Believe the negative reviews about customer service and then some.

We Bought fire elephant grass umbrellas that were treated with fire retardant. And they are Awesome! Have not been loosing color or shape. My guests also love the natural feel they give to the Hotel. Company was very precise and accommodating!
