Taking my business elsewhere. They don't answer basic email inquiries. My money will still go to Amazon despite their increased price. With Amazon, customer service is consistently excellent. It will be amusing if they reply to this. Businesses like these seem more attentive when revenue is at risk.

Every time I go get my dirt, the employees are always so nice. There very knowledgeable about what they sell. All the employees always help out putting the dirt in my car. Thanks you.

I pass by this store often exiting the Mills freeway exit. Today I decided to swing in to see if someone can help me with hydroponics growing. Glad I made a detour , a friendly gentleman at the register greeted me with a warm hello and welcome . He asked is there anything he can help find.Oh yes!! He said the magic word lol!! He redirected me to some hydroponics nutrients and other product he recommended for my plants. Nursery pots here priced well. It's much more at the big box stores and on FB market place .Definitely coming here in the near future for some fox farm soil.

Let me tell you first off, this place has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Super helpful employees and top knotch product. Bought a few bags of soil, (prices were nearly 1/2 the usual cost) and with no hesitation offered to load it up for me. Can't say enough about these guys just awesome customer service! Will definitely be back

Nice place to shop for a deal! Be weary all vendors aren't created equal. By that I mean check your product before purchase. Nice place to stock up on your medical needs.

I can't say enough great things about this place or the people that work here. I stumbled upon them by chance, as I have a home based nursery and needed soil and pots and the location I typically went to was closed. I can tell you, I have not been to the old place since I found Growers Depot. In fact, when my customers are looking for soil or pots, I always direct them here and the staff never fails to assist with their needs! Their prices are amazing and they have a great selection! To the team, thank you!! You are all awesome!

Great pots !I always worry about the quality of a product that I order online or otherwise aren't able to put my hands on first.The Growers Depot didn't let me down.The packaging was very good and my pots were pristine after their trip from CA to NC.Glad I ordered from you.I'll come back.Thanks, TGD !!

After searching for a location and finding special soil I thought I'd give this place a shot, I was shrugged off and not even a welcome after the unfriendly cashier ignored me, felt I wasn't treated right cus I'm not a local to bad I wanted to buy a plate of soil for my next project there's friendlier and knowledgeable out there.

I buy All my stuff from here! Prices are incredibly cheap! Carry the best Brands! All employees are super knowledgeable. Very friendly.. everyone should check it out. The price, the people and atmosphere are amazing

I was driving on the 215 and noticed the growers depot off Mill st. While visiting the Garden center I was treated with great service. The products are top shelf for my Garden.
