Went in and the older white lady with short hair and glasses wouldn’t let us look around she kept following behind us and kept huffing and puffing we would move section and she would follow. Very uncomfortable to shop there.. when she saw we were ready to check out she was acting as if she was busy we told her we were ready and still made us wait until she wanted to. Not sure why she still works there just saw she has several complaints on here..

Horrible customer service , the older white lady is super rude , she looks like she hates working there . the store is messy !!!!! I order online chose ship to store and omg I willNever ever be choosing that location ! The lady got mad because I asked her if I can have my order in bag instead of a box since I had my toddler with me and I didn’t want to walk around the mall with the box . She put ALL my order in one bag which was extremely heavy ($100 worth of merchandise) I ended coming back to store because the bag ripped I asked her for 2 bags this time and she got mad , saying NO I can’t give you 2 bags because we pay for the bags … and only gave me 1 bag… I will never ever return to that location again .If you’re miserable at your job then quit ! Why keep working with that horrible attitude!

I ordered nine items online, for store pickup. The bag only had seven items in it. They had the missing shirts right there in the store, but somehow couldn't toss them into the bag to make up for the missing items—instead, they referred me to customer service, saying that they would mail them to my house. So I called customer service, wasting way too much time on the phone, and in the end, they were only able to refund the missing items. I don't need two of anything because I have triplets. Their system is utterly broken.

Why the hell do they have always online pick up but have to still wait in line just to pick up order? I do lot of online orders at many many places. This is the only place that doesn’t do that. The whole purpose is to not have wait the line. Therefore I had to wait in a long line. I was thinking that it’ll be in and out so I brought 3 kids with me & a wagon to hold them all together. The store is small which again I thought SINCE I DIS ONLINE pick up, it wouldn’t have been an issue just picking up his clothes.The lady seemed rude since I was irritated at the fact that I had to wait in line & couldn’t bring the wagon all the way in. I had to stay out of line so I could watch the kids. I couldn’t stay in line while they are watching themselves, a two year old, three & five.On top of that they didn’t find one item which again, online picks usually let you know if one isn’t available anymore.I understand that isn’t there fault but there’s also a way to handle situations. You work for a children’s store. Shouldn’t you understood at the fact that I couldn’t stay in line?I would never come to this location again. I’d rather drive out further to Ontario

I hate that we have to even leave 1 star to do a review. NEGATIVE STARS here.... this is by far the worst Children's Place I have ever been to. It's a mess. Boxes everywhere, clothes thrown all over the floors and garbage on the floors. Only 1 person working and long lines. Unwilling to match to their online prices. The worst one hands down. Save yourself the time and just travel to a different store.

I dislike the price especially during Christmas. Some item say 50% sale yet the finally price is still high at 25.00 which means the retail price was $50.00. The prices always make me just pass the store. Like today!

this store is a mess!!! bad peronel with attitude.. been trying to exchange my daughters alfit and sandals for over 3 weeks that i have bought for her b day... first time elderly casheer said tht i needed my receipt.. when i showed her i had she was still going crazy at me.. then said she needed my card and she needed the entire # it seemed too off so i said no u do t need all my info. at the end she didnt accept my exchange.. i came today 3/31/18 and line is crazy 3 casheers one is attending the line one walking around and the other standing in the next register just rolling her eyes at people!😠my husband ask if she could help us we just want to get our money back and she looked at him with a dirty look saying do u see that line?? the end is over there!! woowww they are so rude and i will be taking my business elsewhere too!! and i just want my money back!! it is about100 dollars!

Wow, just wow! This store is an absolute mess with no employees recovering, ever! Came to exchange items but the thought of looking through the piles and piles of clothes completely discouraged me so I decided to return the items and take my business else where. Clearly the SM isnt doing her job and training her staff correctly but obviously neither is the DM or the regional team. This store needs major help!
