Greatest experience I’ve ever had Cynthia was amazing at helping us she explain everything in detail which was nice she also helped us get the best deal we can possibly get I’m honestly happy I switched my plans to T-mobile so thank you syn you were honestly the best I would recommend this place a Hundred percent..❤️

I went in to buy a I Pad, I ended up opening a new line with 3 phones, got 2 I pads, and internet.I had the best customer service rep. She not only explained everything to me in detail. She was very nice and professional.T-Mobil you need more employees like her everywhere.I would recommend this t-mobil store to everyone now. Even though I dislike going to malls. Thank you Cynthia (CYN) .

Went in to purchase an ultra watch 2 which I was told they had a promotion for $200.00 off , so I took the offer. Representative gave me a break down of prices. Called customer service few days later to see if they had me on any promotion they said no and that they promotion I was told about didn’t exist for ultra watch 2 only ultra watch. Spoke to store representative by phone regarding this and we did a three way to customer service only for them to tell the store representative that the promotion didn’t exist. Only store representative said I could do now was return watch for refund. I asked if they could compensate me for the issue and he said no and that the manager would not also do anything to make things right. Was very disappointed that I now have to pay full price for the watch even though it was the representatives fault for giving wrong information. Will not be doing any business with this store in the future

Went in to pick up a replacement. The transfer took a while but Angel was very helpful and super friendly. I watched him as he handled multiple clients and always maintained professionalism and a great attitude. He was able to answer all of the questions that my kids and I had and updated us on their current promotions. We will be coming back soon for another phone.

Wife and I stopped in this store after having received no help at another location. Angel assisted us in upgrading two lines and two phones. He listened to what it was that we needed and provided exactly what we were looking for. He is quite professional, courteous and personable. He is a great representative for this location and for T-Mobile. If the other store had employees like him, we would have missed the opportunity to work with him.

Angel was amazing and helpful. I went in thinking it was going to be a hassle but not at all he got us through process and answered all our questions! He has amazing customer service. Highly recommend to ask for him for your next T-mobile visit!

Angel is the absolute best at his job, he patiently helped me and answered all of my questions while being kind and considerate with his positive attitude. I think that he deserves a raise especially since he goes over and above expectations. I was lucky and happy that we worked together.

I would honestly rate a 0 star! Same exact thing happened to me. The person who helped me lied about the phone price and threw screen protectors and cases with out me saying I even wanted that and said I’ll get a credit for it . He lied about my phone promotion. And my phone bill is sky high which I was added on to my family’s account who has been a customer for over 10 years. But I am now responsible for that bill and the manager is unable to fix and correct all the mistakes and charges that were done . I am disgusted and sick to my stomach because these errors that occurred and now I’m responsible for them. Over charged and very very poor customer service! I will change companies as soon as I’m done paying off this phone off. Everything was a lie and can’t even be corrected I’m stuck with a sky high bill.

I went into the store to return an internet device. The lady that asked if she could help me told me that I could not return the item without the box. She said that I need to call T-Mobile because there was nothing she could do. I turned around frustrated due to her lack of trying to assist me instead she shooed me away. As I was walking away, she said , "it's not my fault that you couldn't keep up with your box. I turned around .I asked for her managers name. She said Jeffrey but would not give his number. I went to the Second Lady in the store. Her attitude was the same. She would not give her name. She did give me the store phone number. I called the number. I had my back turned. She answered and said Jeffrey was not in the store. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called T-Mobile at another store. The guy was very helpful. Unfortunately he could not get the owners name due to the store being a franchise. So unfortunate for T-Mobile.

Super dissatisfied with this location. The association that we were working with was super nice and at the time thought he was helping us with getting mine and my husband phone services combined. Which they now are. The kicker was that he started to through two separate charging devices, two cases, and screen protector on the phones. When asking him how much the accessories were he said that it was included in the promotion. He also offers us a for internet service with 15 days trail period. I returned the internet services within 5 days of the trial period. Looking at my bill coming the next month the discount was finally applied ..the sad part is after two months of receiving credit from the over charges of the internet charges. My normal bill came out higher than expected. While calling customer service. They informed me that the additional charges were from the accessories. The bill for just accessories was 180 dollars. When going to the location to tell them they took advantage of this sale and lied, the manager only credited me $20 dollars. I’m disgusted that this is how you would conduct business just to make your quotas. Selling individuals extra items that are not necessary and lie to them with outrageously priced items. Salesmen/ women or business this is Robbery to line your pockets. Sadly the gentleman working with us was the best friend to the manager, the manager that could only credit me $20 off of a total $3000 of electronics. Absolutely disgusting!
