If I could give zero starts I would. I have a receipt, my husband ordered me Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered by 2pm today. They never arrived, I tried calling and they are closed. They stole $80.00 from him. The website says they are temporally closed until January 2025 and the phone number is out of order.

Review is for transaction that took place 10/13. Work in the area near Colton, ordered a sympathy basket to be delivered by End of Day 10/13, which for their business is 2pm. Called the business and was routed to a woman that informed me all deliveries were finished. Checked my emails no delivery confirmation as of EOD business 10/13. 10/14 at 7am, received an email confirming delivery and asking for review, which was left. By 1:20 pm 10/14 received a text confirming delivery from Stephenson's by 3pm. My issue and concern are with how the transaction was handled and how minimal communication was sent to me as a customer. I have photos and receipts, I'm willing to change my review, I simply would like contact and a refund. Edit: Woman, who wasn't owner, that talked to me yesterday was delightful, sympathetic, and has excellent service in assisting me with cancelling the unneeded delivery and taking my info.

if I can give no stars I would . rudest lady boss and see her treating her employees like trash . i would not recommend getting my flowers from a place who only cares about money and not making there Customers and employees happy . bad reviews started in this place when new owners took over .

Worst flowers and worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner is very rude and condescending. Flowers were moldy and broken. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Disappointed.I ordered 1 wedding bouquet 1 brides maid bouquet 1 mother inlaw wrist flowers and a boutonniere $180.I asked for ivory, blush and cream flowers. I also asked for big english roses.When I picked them up the flowers were all tiny pink roses, super tiny and all together embarrassing. My wedding flowers. My special day.This store honestly didn't care to listen or even offer to correct the mistake nor offer to compensate their error.
