I went in to the store to buy a baseball hat for my son for xmas and unfortunately i was ignored. When the gentlemen at store asked the other gentlemen "can you help her out"he replied "no". IM doing something..I then walked away..there loss so i purchased my hat at Lids who werent so rude! The hat was 45.00 dollars was going to purchase it but because of their rudeness i simply walked away..poor customer service today..

I went into this business today with my elderly mom to buy some sports products. The guy working there looked at us but didn't acknowledge us. There was no one else in the store. Then a small group of people walked in and the worker showed overwhelming excitement and greated them immediately when they entered the store. I had things in my hand that I was going to purchase but after that experience I wouldn't waste my time or energy. I just put the things back and we left since we obviously weren't welcome.

Came here to find something that I haven't purchased already for my son who's a Steelers fan. So much to chose from, but I found a cute pair of socks that he doesn't have. I know that he'll love them. This place is definitely a sports fans dream! There's T-shirts, keychains, beer glasses, mugs, stainless steel containers, shot glasses, Funko Pop, caps, pennants, mini totems, stickers, baby gear, license plate covers, land yards, pens and everything else under the sun. Cashier was friendly. Social distancing observed. Loved that there wasn't a lot of customers here.
