I needed to turn in old equipment. I was the first person there on a Tuesday morning. (I gave the place a few minutes to open up because sometimes places don't open up when they say they will open up.) While I was being served, eight people walked in. Unlike me, they all had to take a number and sign in for service. Although there were two employees there, only one was taking customers. It was clear the other employee was working on administrative duties. I was given a receipt for the equipment. There is ample parking at this site. My recommendation: go early.

Garbage customer service you walk in and then nobody tells you have to sign in and then the manager comes in it just sits on the computer for 15 minutes if they didn't screw up my cable order I wouldn't even have to be here now I got to come over here and switch out equipment because of a mistake they made I just walked out terrible

Spectrum has take a nose dive. Service has dropped to a 20-year low and prices are at an all-time high. I would rate this service below 1-star if I could. * Unable to provide consistent content. They are unable to negotiate contracts with content providers resulting in outages. * Unwilling to reduce cost when service levels drop below minimum. * Poor signal results in frequent buffering and freezing of TV. * Internet frequently times out. * Tech has had to come to house over 10 times without resolution or follow-up. * Spectrum Tech Support volunteers that the Spectrum App has performance issues. * Spectrum App has THE WORST user interface of any Roku app.

I was offered a phone line for a year for free with my internet and cable.They gave me 2 months free out of the 12. then Started charging me. I went in to speak with the guy that gave me the offer and they refunded me for the 3months that they charged me. Then got two more months for free. They started charging me again. They steal from you and they are liars.I would rather talk to the customer service line than go in store! You get better offers through the phone with customer service

Called today to get credited for a service I did not use and all they could say is their polices say that can’t give me a credit for 54.00 it’s amazing when I called to cancel they offered everything under the sun to keep me but then once I canceled they treat me horribly, I was definitely taken advantage of and robbed. I wouldn’t recommend this service for my enemies.

6/14/23 I called to report my WiFi being down, the lady told me that their was a power outage & my WiFi was showing that our WiFi should b workin! In the end spectrum willb giving me a credit off of my bill, how much I don't kno but she staying helping me anyway that she could her demeanor was so nice to deal with ( sadly I forgot to get her name so that I could have given a call to me To mention the great service that this employee gave to me! It's hard in this Day & age to get excellant service like this!

Love this location wonderful customer service lines are never long and overall good area very convenient it's a lot better than having to travel to the other location here in San Bernardino

So glad I found this Spectrum store. Bradley was a Godsend. After dealing all afternoon with Spectrum phone customer service with little to not results I ended up at this store and with his assistance my issue was resolved. His disposition was amazing and thanks to his experience he had a better understanding of what to do to help me. Honestly, I know the issue with my phones was not easy, but he did everything in his hands to resolve it and I am truly grateful.
