Couldn’t be happier with the service I got from SoCal SuperTrucks. It starts with Casey, super helpful and informative but most importantly, patient. Took me weeks to figure out what wheels I wanted. When I finally settled, Casey worked diligently to get me on the schedule ASAP. Then at the shop I worked with Todd, great dude, got me checked in and the truck in the bay asap. When the truck was finished he wasted no time giving me a call…..Not the first time I’ve used this shop and it’ll be a shop I continue to use.

I test drove a lifted F150 with Fox reservoir shocks front and back, and it glided over rough roads. That one sold and I bought the same year model but not lifted. I brought it to these guys, explained what I wanted, and the young guy at the front told me I don’t need to lift it to get that same ride. So back in July, I paid these guys to install reservoir, fully adjustable BDS/Fox shocks(what the employee recommended). I also told him I wanted a level appearance, and he said no problem.
It cost around $5,500(might’ve been more), and I picked up the truck. The guy told me I needed to come back after so many miles to get everything tightened down. I asked if I can make an appointment but he said that it’s so fast, just to bring it in and they’ll get it done. When I looked at the truck, it wasn’t level, but was higher in the front, but the guy said that was because I had stuff in the back. I drove down the road and the ride was nothing like the other truck. I was pretty upset after paying so much money and the guy insisting that it would be the same ride. A while later, I emptied the truck and it was still higher upfront. I forgot to bring it in to have stuff tightened, so last week after 1500 miles I stopped by after work, about 45 minutes before closing. They wouldn’t do it because they said they only work off appointments. After paying so much money, not getting the ride that I clearly asked for and described, the truck not being level, and now telling me I have to come back and make an appointment? Third strike is out. I’ll referred people to another shop.

I purchased a set of Bilstein 4600 shocks for my 96' BRONCO the guys said this was the shock I needed for the ride I wanted,they were correct, great service great riding Bronco

I had recently had my 2019 ram rebel lift it with a 5 inch BDS lift kit. It came with Fox performance 2.5 coil over shocks so I needed to have the shocks adjusted and I also need an alignment. I saw really good reviews for SoCal super trucks so I gave him a call. I spoke with Todd and he answered all my questions and recommended that I guess balance, my tires adjust my shocks and get the alignment done. He said Casey and the crew did the work. I’m very pleased with the work that was done. The right height is perfect and the alignment feels better than when I bought the truck. I would highly recommend this place for any of your lift kit needs. They did an excellent job.

From the moment I walked in they treated me like they didn’t believe I was a real customer looking to spend money. I was told I had to work with Casey who was rude and he changed the price he quoted me twice after. I called him on it and he got nasty and told me he didn't change the first price and the second price is because I made changes. I asked him why he had an attitude and he actually argued with me about not having an attitude. Yup, there were customers around. Casey didn’t want to be bothered helping me pick out a lift, wheels and tires and I truly feel like it’s because I’m a woman. I took my money and myself to Empire Motorsports where I was treated with respect and now have an awesome setup!

I was here a while ago and they were very rude and overpriced. This place definitely tries to take advantage of people. Owner (or who claims to be) got nasty when I asked them a question. No patience, no respect. Do not recommend.

Highly recommend these guys if you're considering using their services. Pricey yes, but you definitely get what you pay for. They go beyond what you would expect from other shops. Free followup check, helpful suggestions, and even technical resolution that they didn't even have to assist with.The work was top quality and their suggestions were exactly what I was looking for. Got my Avy lifted with new wheels and I'm in love with my truck all over again.Thanks guys! ❤️??

Once again the guys at SoCal SuperTrucks exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here they take care of me and treat me like a friend more than a customer. I had my truck built by them almost 10 yrs ago and have had no issues other than small repairs. This is the 3rd or 4th time they've worked on my truck and got back in the road quickly. Just wanted to say thanks again for getting me repaired and being honest while doing it. They have earned my loyalty for life. If you guys want quality & reliable builds by professionals bring your truck here, you won't regret it.

They know their stuff and do amazing work.. Brought my F250 in to upgrade the suspension from a cheap leveling kit which was installed when the truck was new. Everyone is super friendly and even though I know I am a difficult customer, calling to check in all the time and asking a ton of questions, they gave me great customer service. I love the work they did!! It's like a brand new truck. One of the most important things for me when dealing with my vehicles is being able to trust the place I take it, and I trust this company! I would and have recommended them!
