My family and I have been coming here for a few years now and always have a great selection. This past weekend I went to the store to address an issue with a pair I bought in the past, manager was was professional, listen to my issue and granted me an exchange for a new pair at the equivalent price. Great customer service! I will keep coming to this store!

I went into the skechers Store today to buy work shoes and sandals .. Both of the managers were amazing With their customer service skills. They were extremely polite and got the line down quickly.
The whole time I needed help... Juan the assistant manager. Was next to me the whole time. Finding exactly what i needed... on Size, arch fit, Memory foam and something that i was gonna be on my feet all day.. He was able to find me exactly what i needed for my work shoes.
I'm a Pet/dog groomer.. so I'm on my feet all day...running around... so I am Extremely glad that he was able to find me something comfortable.
I Had an amazing experience at this Store in San Bernardino. I usually don't like shopping in San Bernardino.. but, Juan and Angie...made my shopping experience quick, easy and memorable.

Great selection. My go-to skechers store in the area. Always find great deals. Unique finds in the clearance section is always a plus! Recommend for those wanting to walk on clouds while out in the world or hiking the California trails.
