the price of the carwash is more expensive compared to other similar sites, they modify the price with a marker, the most expensive wash is exactly like the cheapest wash. in four minutes your car is not clean.

I paid $9. For a foam buster car wash at this station & all it gave was a water wash, NOT 1 BUBBLE OF SOAP CAME OUT OF THE MACHINE.The only reason I have them 2 ☆'s instead of 1 is becuz they did refund my money. READ WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CAR WASH YOU BUY ESPECIALLY WHEN IF IT SAYS FOAM THEN THERE SHOULD BE SOME KIND OF SOAPY BUBBLES BEING PUT ON YOUR VEHICLE

I do not recommend going to Shell gas station on Del Rosa the address is 2886 del Rosa Ave N I pumped 10$ cash and no gas was put into my car. I went inside and asked for my 10$ to be put onto another pump and the girl did not know what she was doing at all. Until the owner came and refused to help me instead proceeded to help the customer behind me and I said I've been waiting for either 10$ of gas or a refund he refused to help me but instead say he needed to count his register and "it was my car" not his pumps. Very rude owner I would not dare to go there again do recommend to nobody.

This place has rats! Running around the inside of the shop. I encourage the owner to take the proper steps necessary in order to get rid of them.

I used the car wash and the machine broke off a wiper blade. I thought it was fixed about a week later and it snapped off the entire wiper. Sam Napier told us he would pay for it, just bring in the receipts. We stopped several times and he was not available. He gave us a phony cell phone number. We asked an employee to ask him about it and when we went back in they had posted a sign which said they were not responsible for damages. The employee told us that Sam never said he would pay for it. I drive a lot for work. Checking my MSMoney account, I have spent $17,000 in gas at this station since 2004. The Exxon station just under the freeway has a brand new car wash and the gas price is the same. What an idiot to loose my business for $60 worth of damage that his machine caused.

I use to enjoy going to this Shell because it was close to home and since I also a user of the Fuel Rewards I thought it was a great way to save. Turns out at this location only, the only way to use your Fuel Rewards is to pay with Cash. This is not the case at other Shell Locations.
Because of this, I avoid this location in favor of other Shells.

Card service doesn’t work at the pump so it makes you go inside and they charge like 3 dollars to use your card, don’t go here it’s just a waist of time
