I am a regular gas customer. Service is poor, 11-13-2023 at 10:24am the lady is the cashier she is very rude. Every time when I feel gas in my car ,every time I need to go inside asking recept ,today she is rude with me. Never the responsible person do not refel receipt paper that why every time it's kill my time for recept...

The first thing I noticed is that nothing had prices on it. Grabbed a Red Bull and when I went to pay it was double what it cost at other gas stations. You would think that with premium pricing comes premium service, you'd be wrong. First and last time I stop here for gas or snacks. They also have what looks like another vender that sells hot food and in all fairness I can't include them in this review because I didn't I sit their establishment.

The mexican lady at the counter has a bad attitude...and on top of that tried to charge me 10 cents for a bag and that was after i paid using my debit card i had to walk out the store with my beer looking like i was going drink it in front of the store.....do better bad customer service

Considering this is right by the National Orange, Show Center, where they host many events, I believe you guys need to be stocked up on beat boxes hard tea this summer !!!! The baddest summer tea !!!!

Well let's see there customer service socks some of the workers there asked like thay don't know what there doing ,then they shouldn't be working there. Now I'm going in today and I'm going to see how that help me today .see after awhile . Thank you needs improvement....

So disappointed with this business I shop and get gas at shells all the time and have never seen a more disgusting store store in my life the counters were filthy to get coffee is a fee it looks like it has not been cleaned for week's bathroom even more disgusting note is more disgusting no toilet paper no paper towels no soap very unhygienic I am very disappointed with this shell location and I will not use this location store is location store gas place ever. There were workers hanging out chatting. Poor management.

It pains me to say this because I love Krispy Krunch chicken. Buyers beware and check your food especially at this location to make sure you don't have anyone hair cooked with your food. I was unfortunate enough to have someone hair fully cooked into the chicken. Last time I experienced this was at Chick-fil-A in Redlands, CA. I won't be purchasing food from this location again. They need to remove that grade A food handlers sign because they failed epically.

This location should receive zero stars as their customer service and approach to customers dissatisfaction was apparently no where to be found!! The manager Diane spoke to me like I was a stupid idiot who didn't know how to use the rewards process and was arguing back and forth saying that I am putting the wrong information when their system wasn't even providing the information. She kept wanting to charge me without giving me the rewards discount because she didn't know how to handle the transaction but instead of listening to me, she just kept arguing and yelling and making me feel like an idiot!! I've used Shell many times at different locations and use my rewards hassle-free every goddamn time and this so-called manager wants to be-little me in front of other customers and have me go from register to register because SHE didn't know how to handle the transaction?! And also couldn't acknowledge that she didn't know how to do the transaction properly!!! We will definitely be following up with corporate and the store owner because this Diane person should not be manager or employee whatsoever!!!

I've been going here yrs for the food . Seems like a hole in the wall but the food is usually great. I say usually because we went today. We ordered the beef hard shell tacos and a torta Carne asada . It was gross the beef was cold , no flavor , the fries seemed like they had been refried. The tomatoes were slimy and just overall a complete disappointment 0

Get my gas here, also found they sell mustard, chicken, and even a Mexican Kitchen indoors that sells "tortas."The freeway is close by, you buy refreshments and you're outta there.

Watch out or you might get ripped off.Bought 6 @ 12oz cans Red Bull and the Old Indian gal scanned them all individually .... each at single price of round about $3.50 something whilst on the shelf being advertised as 2 for $5.33......... when remonstrated with the guy who appears to be running things he said that was a promotion that ended. Ended in him refunding me $5.00...... watch out in this place.
