“Liliana Ocampo helped us with a storage unit when we needed to put our extra belongings after moving and not being able to take everything...had reserved a spot online and when I came in everything was fast and easy .. paid for the storage unit and was moving things in within 15 mins ... if you want fast service and friendly staff this is a great location .. they also have supplies for sale at the front desk in case u need tape or locks and other items ... great place !!”

He helped me get the 10 foot truck set up in less than 10 minutes. communicated everything I needed to be aware of when renting. After returning the truck, Ernie assisted me in inspecting the truck and calculated my final charges. I highly recommend this UHaul rental hub. “So customer service gets a 5 star definitely. Everyone who works at my location on Kendall is awesome! Always friendly and so helpful. I’m a little torn on the pricing to where I want to give 4 stars but I have listened to horror stories of other places being broken into, so might be better to pay a little more. I can say I’ve never ever had a problem and I know thing happen but I feel my things are safe. I will say a great place to rent from!”

“Not a location for an inexperienced driver. Backing is extremely tight at this location. Unload took a while but not at the expense of them. The RJR rep could have relayed the message that I would be last to get unloaded. Other than that no problems. Best thing to do is go down and turn around, park on the street so you can get in line to check in.”

“The staff are cool! Zuma always had an smile and helps out if there’s an issue. Like the day I moved out, both lifts weren’t working however she was able to get one to work and let me use the only flatbed cart. Trusted me a 1,000% with the cart! And promptly made sure I was good in closing out my account!”
