My experience at San Bernardino Public Health Center was great! I had to get 2 rabies vaccines as a requirement for my veterinary technician program, and the San Bernardino Public Health Center process for making an appointment was so easy. Delightful staff! Especially Sonya, she was great! Always had a smile, polite conversation, and administered my vaccines exceptionally. I would definitely come again!

The first time I went to this clinic I didn't have an appointment and I was surprised at how quickly they took care of me I recommend them excellent service and excellent staff

Waiting sucks but service goodThe building facility is clean and well maintained. Seats, walls and etc seem new. The health center seems understaffed sometimes, came in on a Friday and they said 2 people were working at the front. Sometimes you will make an appointment and will be told to wait 1 to 2 hours still. Which is confusing. 2. Seats are socially distanced.Tv inside for entertainment but bring something to do while waiting.Staff jazmin was super helpful professional informative. Also the man at the desk was really helpful.Lots of parking. Everyone must get screened to enter. Temperature check.Closed on weekends.

I've been going here for years. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The staff is attentive and very in-depth concerning any medical or mental concerns you may have. The clinic was very clean and well organized. I would give 5 stars, but they send you out to another clinic for lab work and most exams. This can be nerve wracking especially if you have anxiety or urgent issues.

I got the yellow fever vaccine 11 years ago here and lost the certificate. I came here desperate to get a copy of it or else I would have to take the vaccine all over again. Sandra was amazing! Words can't describe how much I appreciate how much she went above and beyond for me. I know she did way more for me then she had to I am so grateful! Sandra D. did it all with a smile and kindness. I haven't experienced this caliber of customer service in a long time. Sandra D. made me feel that my needs are important and that they matter! I had such a great experience here all thanks to Sandra!!!

Called this place to see if i could be seen about these hives on my body and they told me to call me regular doc i was trying to tell whoever i was speaking to that my doc was not seeing patients into August and she still told me i could not be seen that is stupid i think they should see patients if they do have a regular doc or not it's a health clinic they don't care if it a death or matter it's wrong

I had an appointment, had to cancel, called to cancel & made a new appointment or so I thought, wasted time & gas & canceled my sons regular appointment for speech therapy to be there only to get there for her to tell me whoever took my call never bothered to put my kids name in the system!! Tried to call the number to speak to a supervisor & no one ever answers! Ridiculous! Throw the whole building away!

I went for my Tdap vaccination and had a great and painless visit because of Alba (LVN) she was professional and welcoming. I’m a new nursing student and she set a great example of what is takes to be a great nurse that leaves a lasting impression. Thank you Alba!

Horrible customer service. Staff gives false information and than denies. Management is no help nor do they stand by what their employees say. No manners worst place ever DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Some b.s.! They have wrong numbers posted and I finally found the correct number to schedule an appointment and the person told me that they have no appointments available! Everything in I.E. is full of s***!
