I ordered tires and was never notified that they came in so I called, they said they recevied one of four tires. I called back but no one answered. After several attempts to contact them with no answer I purchased tires from Coscto. They did answer the phone so they will get my business again. I did wait 13 days before i switched so I did give them a chance. Very bad customer expierince. Stick to Costco and Amazon!

Great store but me and my Disabled mom sat and waited for 1 hr for a ride on cart. You would think that big of a store they would have more than 2 working carts. The worker said there's 5 total but 3 have been broken for some time. Get it together as much money as people spend in there. I had to end up pushing her on a bulk cart

Sam's Club has great hot dogs and pizza for very cheap. They are always extremely busy but scan and go in the mobile app is great.

The worst Sam's club I ever visited 1055 Harriman PlSan Bernardino, CA 92408. I was there yesterday 02/07/2024 around 5:00pm. Beside shopping, I purchased a gift card. even though I asked specifically that I need a gift receipt they run the purchase without a gift receipt. I asked for manager she comes over and was very rude and disrespectful and denied any help. I shop at Sam's club thousands of dollars each year and get treated like that. they can't even print a gift receipt. even though there still some time left on my membership, I will not shop from Sam's Club anymore and go to Costco. I am giving a review of one, because it does not have a zero option.

I'm truly surprised by the negative reviews of this spot - I've found it to be nothing but convenient, clean, organized and having a tremendously friendly staff.Having a major competitor around the corner my contribute to the fact that this store is less than frustratingly overwhelming, but still - the crew that manages and works at this spot have done an excellent job of creating a wonderful shopping environment.Compared to their competitor, which has a parking lot impossible to navigate, and lines that seem to never end - this place is a joy and I'm grateful to live nearby!I will say, the lines for the cafe and the customer service desk can sometimes be extremely slow, but other than that, I have no complaints!If you don't already, definitely use "Scan and Go" on your phone to save so so so much time during checkout!

horrible i wish i could give it 0 stars. you guys have to get the food court figured out. lines weren’t even that long but waited at least 45 mins to get to the front. workers were taking their sweet time with no sense of urgency. i saw them dancing in the kitchen through the window and a lot of times talking excessively while not being productive. they all seem to not care even their food court manager didn’t seem like he cared he was just on his tablet. he was a bald black guy. i only saw one hispanic girl working hard.sams club has gone down hill.also food court cashier was rude. she was a older lady kept rolling her eyes when i wanted to add one more thing because i forgot.once i ate my food pizza tasted like cardboard and sauce was lacking flavor. it used to be so much better back in the day. i waited in such a long line to be disappointed. the only thing i was satisfied with was the soda i got. but they didn’t even have any lids for the cup so it was still disappointing. ?whenever i’m at costco they have longer lines and still get costumers out the door fast while giving good customer service.

Poor customer service, they do not answer their phones and hang up on customers. if you call the don't answer and eventually pick up the phone wait and then hang up on you. I NEVER GET THIS CRAPPY SERVICE AT COATCO.

This store is ghetto. Manager is rude, lazy, and has poor management skills. Terrible Customer Service in all departments. I will Not Renew my 16 year membership. I will go to Costco now.
