So today I was running 5 mins late for tires at Sam's. Brianna made me feel comfortable and said I had about 10-15 mins for the appointment. Today was raining and I got my wind shield wiper blades done. During my wait I found out I have a stud problem. Brianna guided me on what to and told me to come back in the day to get my tires done after I get the stud fixed. She is awesome. I want to thank her and her partner for their professionalism. I was so lost but she made my day better because I will be driving my car safely.

Sunday afternoon & everyone love shopping @ Sam's or Costco.It's not a good idea for Sam's to be under staff & yet the staff members aren't that helpful. Today around noon we decided to check out Sam's since Costco was extremely packed, well to our surprise so was Sam's. Whiles at the self check out, a cashier interrupted me while I was scanning my items at the cashier. I accidentally scanned one item twice, so I had to go over to Customer Service. Mind you it's Sunday it's packed there's were only 2 staff members at the Customer Service counter. When the young lady decided to walk away after she was done, helping a customer at the counter, leaving a lined of 4 people, including me to wait on only one staff member to assist us. When I asked, can you please call for some assistances, he simply said, I'll be with you shortly. When it was my turn, the same young lady that decided to walk away, decided to come back and start having a conversation with the only person at the customer service counter making me wait a little longer after I was already in line for over 20 minutes. I simply said excuse me it's my turn, and they continue to have their conversation. This was very rude and very unprofessional. Sam's need to train their employees some customer service skills.

Its nice to see open aisles and olenty of checkers to create easy checkouts!Cheap, inexpensive lunches can get a hotdog, for dollar 38. Can't beat that as a deal.

Avoid ever getting a phone from this AT&T inside sam’s the worker named Markeese is a scammer. He opened up three phone lines on my name. Sent me the wrong phone, in the first place. Then he took away my T-mobile phone number because he had access to my info. He’s a con-artist. I like sams club but this is not the business.

I spend most of my money here Costco and target . I enjoy the helpfulness of the staff when I need assistance, enjoy the quality of the items and if not I like the no return hassle I get. Thé café is pretty cool to grab lunch as well.

not for tires i wanted on front- kept arguing w me - i had an appt rhey took others i - waited 7-1/2 hrs got home i unfrozen food and ice cream soup. i even complained to female manager who did nothing like she was afraid to scold the guys! Then next my tires flat! i was lucky to drive into walmart - the idiots didn't fill all my 4 tires with air to standards i was told by walmart sams almost $300 for 2 tires snd agravation not to mention it put me in worse traffic going home and danger of getting hit with suddenly 4flattening tires! do NOT go there! cost alot for unprofessional idiots & mgr too afraid to tell the men off! and i had an appt lol for 2 tires and 7-1/2 hrs still mot done & again guy argues w me about me wanting them on front so i had to call afraid mgr.

I like scanning & go but I was disappointed with the gas station. We went in for gas this morning and the system said couldn’t read the card. There were many of the pumps. There was no worker or sign to be found. I was glad we were there early enough.

WOW!! what a great visit! from the cafe to the guest service, the staff all the way through were sweet! ample selection and the return of halloween seasonal items was exciting! the pizza is phenomenal and the line for the cafe was so short when we came! pizza was hot and fresh and ready right as they had quoted me. the pickup was quick and easy and the staff were nice and recognized me! so great! there was completely no line for the guest services area and they processed our refund without a receipt. i was happy with an exchange but a refund was even better! great experience! through and through everything was perfect!

I wiped my cart in the parking lot, put my child in it, and walked in to do our shopping on 8/12/22 at around 10:45am. Went to self check out while I was minding my own business a very rude Hispanic lady with scrunched hair and drawn on eyebrows. I believe her name started with a J or G. walks up to me and says "you must transfer your items to the other cart you should know this!" I kindly said "I'm on my last item, this cantaloupe". We are in the middle of Covid AND monkey pox which are BOTH highly contagious from contaminated surfaces. I see zero employees wiping the carts and zero wipes near by for me to do myself. So that's an absolutely NOT! I put the scanner on the hook and start paying. She says "did you even scan that cantaloupe?" I replied "yes" and continued my business. She walks to my cart, grabs the cantaloupe and says "there's no barcode!" So I grab the cantaloupe flip the $3 thing around and show her the barcode. She says "usually they don't have them". No sorry, nothing. So I am being accused of stealing a $3 cantaloupe when I had $150.00 of items in my cart already scanned....this lady was rude the minute she walked up to me. I didn't ask for help, I didn't even look at her. I was scanning singing the BINGO song with my child. She then sends a blonde lady over to tell me next time I need to transfer my items over. There will be no next time! I spend good money at this store for the past 10 years! My orders pay for the thief's that steal $3 cantaloupes. To treat me and my child so rudely when I didn't even look their direction is uncalled for. I get it this store is in a "bad" area, with high theft, but to treat the people that pay your salary and make up for the theft with their purchases so rude, is uncalled for. All she did was have to look at me. She knew I wasn't stealing, my child was handing me every item, I don't look like a scumbag, all she needed to do was stand back and watch. She should be ashamed of herself. I don't care to hear the we're sorry for this experience and because of recent high theft our employees are trying to be diligent blah blah. There was no excuse for how rude she was. I hope management watches the cameras and ACTUALLY LISTENS to this interaction. She was sooooo confident I didn't scan that $3 cantaloupe. People like her is why business lose loyal customers. Costco here I come.

Sam's Club is now requiring members to not only put their purchases on the conveyor belt, but put the purchases back in the shopping cart, after they have been rung up. This is while the checker stands with folded arms & looks at you. This is foul & certainly worse than Walmart customer service.

This sams club has become almost all virtual. My husband and I have the app and we love it. We do scan and go and never ever wait in a line to check out only when we are exiting the store. Like any club store the variety varies and isn't always stocked. Once again you have to understand and more people may be buying in bulk these days. I've done the optical here for my eyeglasses+contacts and for both of my children. The female that wears eyeglasses long black hair (I forgot her name) is the BEST. She gave the best customer service making the entire process worry free.
