I went to Rolling Start, Inc. yesterday for their awesome Resource Fair to get my second COVID-19 booster and I received so much more than a shot in my arm! They are the nicest, kindest and welcoming folks I have met. There were several booths set up with an abundance of items to give us. They were well organized and set up the booths behind the building which provided us with plenty of shade. They set up chairs for us to wait our turn and handed out nice cold bottles of water. Everyone working was eager to help us and they made it a very pleasant place to be. They gave us an emergency backpack that even included a solar power to çharge our phones and tablets in a power outage or other emergency. And to top all of this goodness off, they gave us a $50 Visa gift card and IEHP was there and gave members $50 WalMart gift cards too! Non-members of IEHP got substantial gifts too. I am so glad I went there and hope to have further interactions with this impressive non profit who really cares about helping those of us living with challenging health and wellness issues. They are a truly accommodating company who cares! Thank you so much Rolling Start for a wonderful experience above all of my expectations!!!

It has been a nonstop nightmare dealing with these people. they might have good reviews in the past but lately they don’t know how to do anything right. They’ve been putting me through loops for about 2 months and have got nowhere. I’m just so frustrated, annoyed and mad so I thought I would save you a lot of time and tell you to look for help somewhere else. They are not informative they are not helpful in anyway shape or form! Well i’ve talked to a few competent people who know what they’re doing and hopefully they can fix their internal issues. Don’t trust them with your time because they will waste it all on Bull

Reach out to Lisa Hayes is the Executive Director and make sure you get the names of the people you are speaking to at this office! Norma is the Office Manager! This is a nonprofit organizations file a complaint against them as well! If I could give zero stars I would this place is supposed to be gear towards helping people that are disabled and it's made my depression even worse. These people made me sit outside and the hot sun for 2 hours and after they seen me crying was when they offered me water and offered me to sit in their office. Delia told me how she wanted to be a social worker which is mine blowing after how I've been treated by her and how she has treated others. Norma the office manager she's a real piece of cake she has gave me false information on Lisa Hayes the executive director you guys make sure you reach out to her! She also made false appointments knowing I'm homeless with my son! Disabilities aren't always physical they're mental also. This place is to be shut down, how dare these people advocate for the disabled and treat them so cruel. Names mentioned Norma and Delia EVERYONE REACH OUT TO LISA HAYES SHE Is THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR! Files a complaint against the non profit!

TERRIBLE MANAGER AT SB LOCATION NORMA! I left multiple voicemails regarding getting my homeless mother into shelter, they said they would mail the paperwork to mailbox of hers. we had both called and left voicemails after 3 weeks of no mail, THEY SAID 3 DAYS, i NEVER received a call back. I called again and got NORMA MENDOZA, A MANAGER. She immediately got an attitude with me and instead of listening to what I needed, she kept interrupting me and rudely said "STOP IT RIGHT THERE" and i asked "stop?" and she said "YES I SAID STOP". She put me on hold and HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back 6 TIMES I tried calling the other Rolling Start in Victorville and no one answered. There is nowhere to leave a review, complaint, or even speak to management. SHE NEEDS A NEW JOB SHE CANNOT SPEAK TO EVERYONE LIKE THIS AND NOT EVEN HELP!!

Well, I had to hop on here to leave a bad review because of the messed up experience I had. Mainly, at some lady named Norma. She is rude and mean. She made me feel so bad and it's already bad enough I have mental health disabilities. She doesn't take the time to ask questions thoroughly about one's situation, even if she doesn't have time it's like at least take the time to answer my question. Like what is wrong with you that you have to be this extremely rude this early in the morning. She will make you feel like an idiot. I called back just to get her name and she gave it to me but refused to give out her last initial and hung up on me. Call and see what I'm talking about. I will be reporting her to whoever I have to because I am not the only one she's treated this way.

I liked Naisha she was helpful but when I called back to make another appointment the extremely rude operator named Norma was very edgy and rude and was not trying to hide that fact I think she is the anti-Christ!
