Always a great experience. I get my work boots here and it’s a bit more than say boot barn but the older gentleman always remembers me and takes care of me. They scan your feet and have you walk across a device to match you up with the right size boot and inserts.

Esmeralda is one of the nicest, friendliest and helpful sales person at this San Bernardino location. I had an issue with a coupon voucher, and she quickly resolved it! Highly recommend this store. A+++ service.

After telling the older guy what my shoe size is he proceeded to tell me he needed to measure my feet and told me a 10 is better. He gave me loaner socks which he said were really really think, I told him they were the thickness of my work boot socks and he ignored me. All fine and good I was just okay with that. I tried on the boot and he asked me what I thought, he said keep in mind that the socks are really thick. I said I liked how it fit but I’d keep the pair in mind as I was wanting to try on a few pairs before deciding. He repeated “keep them in mind” sarcastically and then asked for “his” socks back. Meaning I couldn’t try on any other boots. But then he quickly added I was free to keep looking around. Like no thanks, you basically are telling me I can’t try on anymore boots which is the point of going in person. I’m not going to buy the first pair of boots I try on. It just turned me off to the rest of the experience with him as he kept insinuating I didn’t know what I was doing or wanted. And you know that’s fine, just won’t buy from here

I recently visited the Red Wing Boot store at San Bernardino, CA, 645B E Hospitality Ln, San Bernardino, CA 92408 and was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The staff talked over me, interrupted me, and raised their voices when I tried to ask why my shoes wore out so quickly. This happened in front of my son, making it even more uncomfortable.
Five months ago, they recommended these shoes for my job, but the soles wore out quickly. When I returned, the same employee made assumptions about my job, incorrectly stating that I worked in construction or mechanics. When I corrected him, he didn’t believe me, which felt racially motivated.
Considering the high prices, I expected better service and support. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior overshadowed the quality of the products. I hope management addresses these issues for future customers.

Just bought it yesterday, and today is my 1st experienced using it, so I choose the Exos Lite, and had an additional “Anti fatigue” insoles…i’am not gonna lie, the fatigue is still there, “But” it happens after 10 hours of me working the whole day, unlike the previous boots tht I had, had the fatigue and feet-foot injuries instanly
Its still too early for me to say, tht this is the best investment or not, give me a couple of week using it, then hope i can get back to you

First time coming to Red Wing and had the best experience from the moment we walked in too to the very end. Greg helped us out to pick out a boot that works best for my husband. Very informative and friendly. Would 100% recommend this location specifically and Greg ! Thank you!

Owner doesn't have customer service if you don't tell him what he wants to hear. I had a 30- 40 min window and was in the area figure I could swing in and get a pair (Last time it was like 15-20 min.) This time it was going to need more time could be my feet could be boot cuts no blame but when I said to Greg I need to get going and said I will come back today or maybe Monday when I have more time ( wife has some where to go and I need to watch the kids) he says when next month with some attitude like I have waisted his time when no one was there. Maybe we could have got more done if you spent less effort pushing your insoles and $16 single pair of socks. I work 6 days a week that's $120ish for 6 pairs who do you sell these to? Greg I will now find another Red Wing to go to because I do like the boots but won't be paying you $400 to be talked to like I don't know how the boot feels and am lying to you. Sell the business and retire you don't enjoy people anymore you just enjoy the commission check it seams.

Erika was very helpful and shipped me my boots very quickly. The boots I wanted were not available at the Red Wing stores near me so I was especially grateful that she had them. Top notch service!

Well I was disappointed that you discontinued the pecos boot. Especially after having driven 65 miles to one location in Moreno Valley ca. Then being told that San Bernardino might have a few in stock. And driving another 45 minutes away to another location just to get the same answer. So I ended up buying a pair of RioFlex wore them out of the store and in about 3 hours noticed that the stitching on the right boot (Metatarsal area) was already looking like like it was coming out. I drove just about 200 miles and I feel like I should return the boots to the store. But I already paid $309.+ for boots and oil, plus $80.00for gas. So I’m not very happy about the stitching looking like it’s been snagged.
