I have been going to Firestone for many years and do not have any hesitation in recommending the excellent service. They also advise you of any future problems they may spot while they are working on your car. I like that so I have a chance to save up and the future of my car does not hold surprises!

Great work! They just need to do a better job communicating hours of operations. Online it states 7AM!! I waited over an hour, they didn't open until 8AM. No hour on the door either!

My tires were so bad they were showing wires and I came at 4:40pm when they are supposed to close at 6pm and they turned me away. Said they close at 5 today for some reason. I just wanted to get home safe with my toddler :( Won’t come back again if hours posted are wrong.
