It's sad you must pay $60 to get out of the contract. If you no longer want to go. It was not like this in the beginning. Everyone is out for the almighty dollar, no one cares about the people any more. SAD.

Wish they would go back to them being open 24 hours. Like they used to be before 2020. It helps when you work graveyard and want come workout at 1am in morning

I've been working out at the Highland location for a few years now. I would like to give some recognition to two employees- Astrid, who always greets everyone with a smile and hello, and acknowledges you on your way out- most of the other employees are on their phones and do not even see you come and go! Also Astrid and Jose are the only two employees that I have ever seen cleaning and vacuuming. I think they should both get a raise and become managers! They are a HUGE asset to your company!

This is the worts planet fitness I been there most of the machine need replace a lot dust on the machines nobody clean the equipment people from the front desk just sitting looking at their Mobil phone

It’s a good gym but come on a lot of broken machines. I’m pretty sure with the extra payment we do at the end of the year for maintenance no machine should be out of service.

I travel all over the US, and by far, this PF woman's showers and curtains are disgusting! I talked to staff at the desk and asked for the manager. He was not in. The staff member smirked when I showed him the pictures I had taken. The first stall had no handle. The second stall had handle but it came off. This stall had black hair on the side of the wall. The other two showers had the most disgusting curtains.

Would be a great gym, but due to zero air flow during summer and winter, it is extremely hot and muggy. Today, on a winter night, it's so hot and muggy that the windows are very steamed up full of condisation from everyone's heat and sweat. Pretty gross, here are the photos from the outsude and inside. I am now looking for a membership elsewhere. Fix the a/c and air system for your guests before you lose them.

This place NEVER has the AC on. There are two fans that are on low and that’s it. Everytime I walk in here, it’s stuffy and smells worse than a gym should because there is no ventilation. In the summer when it’s well over 90, they open the doors. But the AC is not on. Today I pulled up and there is literal steam you can see from the outside because it’s so hot inside. I’m sure this can’t be healthy. A hot box of germs.
