The only issue that I have is that even when orders are placed ahead of time, the waiting time to pickup is VERY LONG. you should not take any orders that require cutting and you need a will call are for pickup ONLY!!

Very friendly and helpful good customer service I came in for a 5ft piece of square steel tube and got it really quick for a really good price will be going back for more steel definitely recommend going to this place for your steel needs and ornamental pieces.

Arrived before opening was 1st inside the door got my items And was out in less than an hour. The store in Ontario was closed no notices were put up you had 15 customers and nobody was there should put a notice up

Super cool when you try to support local businesses and they treat you like garbage when they make a mistake. Went to pick up some aluminum and told the woman at the counter three times I wanted 14g half sheet of aluminum and she ordered steel. I didn't notice until I was already home and had cleaned it because the sheet they brought out was covered in oil and dirt and had deep scratches in it. Of course when I tried to bring it to their attention it was "my fault we asked for steel" when I clearly stated I wanted aluminum. Plus on the receipt it doesn't say what type of metal you ordered there is just a number. If Patton's wants to keep its clientele they will find new receptionists. Thanks now I'm assed out of $115 and have a sheet of steel I don't need.

Come here all the time for random odds and ends, but today I had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and uplifting. I felt genuinely 'welcomed' and like it was a great thing I came in today, quick to help me and make sure I was taken care of. I even forgot my mask and they gave me one with a smile, I assume. They had one on also. Thank you Patton's steel. You are the best

Would give it 0 stars if I could but my only option is a 1 Star Review.My mother went to Patton on 6/11/2021 to purchase some stuff for my property and the girl at the register sold her items that according to the warehouse employees were not in stock and they stated that she knew that they weren't In stock. That was not the problem though. That's just the beginning. I was on the phone my mother when one of Patton's warehouse employees was harassing my mother asking her if she was single and my mother replied with "I've been married for 36 years and I have 5 Children." He then continued and told her that she's very pretty and that they should go on a date. My mother replied with "No, I'm not interested and my child is actually hearing this conversation because I'm on a phone call with him" but he still insisted and said he will pay for everything.This is totally unacceptable and I contacted the manager Miguel and told him the situation that occurred with my mother. I simply told him that if I need to personally pay a visit to Patton and speak to his warehouse employees I will. I'm completely disgusted by this place and will never go back. So in conclusion, MEN don't send your mother or any women you love here for a favor because they will disrespect them!

Went in for my first time was very confusing on how to order something.Out the 2 cashiers the lady seemed nice but the older guy seemed irritated to help im sure hes been there a while.The guys in the back that cut metal and load are super cool guys tho only reason I'm leaving 4 stars hope the owner sees this review and talks to the older cashier will think twice before returning because of the cashier sadly.
