I have been a customer here for almost a decade. The staff is unwilling to work with the customers as far as direct care, I asked for a check up on my car insurance. 1 speeding ticket 9 years ago and no other blemish on a perfect 32 year driving record.My insurance keeps going up every 6 months, no explanation given just take it. I am currently looking for another insurance company.
