This company is seriously lacking in integrity - I paid Package Depot to pack and ship a vintage neon advertising clock. When I first reached out to them I specified that the neon tube would require foam peanuts tucked around it to prevent it from vibrating and breaking. They provided a quote and before purchasing the clock I called them to review the packing requirements. I spoke to Andy (the owner?) and was assured that they would wedge foam around the neon to protect it. They didn’t. The clock arrived with the neon tubing shattered and contrary to their assurances, there was nothing placed around the tube to protect it. When I paid for the shipping I was told the charges included $500 insurance coverage. They have neither honored the claim or provided any information about their insurance. I emailed to follow up, no response. I called and was told a check had been mailed. As you might guess, a check never arrived. Save yourself the aggravation and use a company that operates with the most basic of principles.

I came here because Staples was helpless for what I needed. I wanted to make prints of some of my sons wedding photos. It didn't look like much when I walked in but oh my goodness did they provide not only what I wanted and needed but they provided excellent service as well. The husband/ wife duo that worked there were not only helpful but fun and friendly too. My prints came out beautifully. They made a little mistake on one of the sizes and not only corrected it but gave me the wrong sized one at no cost. wow! I was completely satisfied. I will definitely be bringing all my photo printing jobs to Package Depo! You should too.

We had several boxes to ship to Connecticut. We came over to Package Depot and the staff here are amazing. They helped us get the items shipped in the most cost effective way. They helped pack our items at no cost. Also they are just genuinely great people. I will use them again.

They're amazing! They're so kind and helpful. We arrived at the perfect time, they were having a special for anyone printing out resumes and cover letters. So we got ours for free! Aside from the special, they've always helped us print out and mail our materials. I will always go to this place over any USPS, FED EX, and UPS.

Located in a plaza on Kendall Ave. to the left of Oasis Nail This is the second time I've been here. My husband found this an option to have Fed Ex drop his packages here if I'm not at home. They're opened from 9 am to 6 pm. The Early delivery Fed Ex driver comes in the morning. The Ground Fed Ex driver comes every day around 5 pm. I got to meet Al and Sarah, gosh, I hope I got their names correct. They're a husband and wife team, who work there. They're so friendly and helpful with their service. I told Al that we'll gone out for vacation and sometimes when my husband orders items, he doesn't get them until they're in stock so maybe some might be delivered while we're on vacation. He says non problem because they can override FedEx to return the item in 3 days and they and they can hold it for him up to two weeks. Just tell them in advance once we know. Now that's service!!! We'll definitely come back here! Support your local businesses!!!

I absolutely love coming here to ship packages for my business! Definitely better than waiting in the USPS line with 10+ packages. All carriers are available for shipping here.The owner Andy is just amazing! Very friendly to everyone, outgoing & prices are very reasonable. Great little small postal center near me. They have this photo printer that can make cool stuff! I made a collage, but apparently you can make wrapping paper!!! So excited for Christmas this year because of this find!
