Went in store for recommendations to buy a stove top, microwave & dishwasher. Salesman Joe was going to email me his recommendations on what he thought would be best while on sale until 17th. Have tried to call him 3 times to let him know I haven't received any emails. Unable to get in contact with him. Was told to go to website myself & look.

We walked to Pacific Place inside the Best Buy to look for appliance. The people there were ( and are ) very helpful and knowledge. We are being helped by Stephen Castellanos, Chris and Brooke. Three of them are doing everything to meet our need and answering our curious questions. Stephen Castellanos is our main guy. He is very friendly and he tries his best to matched price with other stores. He is very patient, professional, engaging. I am sure others are too just as Chris. Chris seems to be the lead team and he makes sure everything is done correctly. We have few changes in our orders; Stephen, Chris and Brooke make sure all are done correctly down to the detail. Highly recommended.

I was in the market for some new appliances and did my research. I checked Lowe's and Home Depot and the salespersons were very dismissive when I told them what I wanted to purchase trying to steer me into higher-end appliances. I saw that the Best Buy in San Bernardino had Pacific Sales and decided to try that. Stephen Castellanos was the sales employee that assisted me. He was extremely helpful and was able to get the appliances ordered that I wanted in an extremely timely manner. He spent the time to educate me on some of the other brands of appliances and some of the sales. Again, Steven was extremely helpful and I would highly recommend Pacific Sales in San Bernardino.

Our newly married daughter and her husband needed their very first washer/dryer and refrigerator so we stopped by the Redlands Best Buy to take a look. We were immediately greeted by Roberto Aguauo-Gutierrez who was eager to help us find the biggest bang for our buck. Roberto was friendly, professional, patient, kind and engaging. He answered any/all of our questions and wrote up the order for both payment and delivery. He was fabulous to work with and made the experience a lot of fun! It's service like this that keeps the customer coming back.
