I went into the store today in before I was in Megan greeted me with how are you doing and how can I help you I told her I needed a battery and she was a great person to work with as I am handicap I asked could I have some help putting it in my truck and she said no problem and she got the battery and took my old one out and put the new one in she had a smile on her face and it made me feel good because it is nice to know we have young people like her I am 72 and handicap And it only took about.10 minutes are less thank you Megan for your help it nice to be around someone like her

I needed to replace a bulb for my Honda. Reggie was the young gentleman helping me today and he made my experience superb. He showed me the different types of bulbs available and helped me pick the right one out. I was going to pay a mechanic to install the bulbs for me afterwards but Reggie literally exceeded my expectations and asked me if I needed help installing them. I said, "Yes, that would be amazing!" And Reggie humbly took his time, out in the heat of the sun, by hand, under the hood of my car, by himself, and single handedly did all the work for me while I stood in awe. This man is incredible and he totally made my day. I'm very grateful for people like this and I highly recommend O’Reilly for your auto parts needs. God Bless.- Brandon Vielkind
