I agree with that last comment from two weeks ago they Suck. The store manager boss ,should do something about the current store manager. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Intell the store manager boss makes some changes.

I went to exchange my battery out, had to do it myself guess they kind of had the tools, had to barrow a tool from a stranger. Lady working couldn't help me, she looked my vehicle up got my battery charged me for it, went to put it in my car didn't fit, went back inside to get the correct battery the cashier/manager lady was completely incompetent, couldn't figure out how to check return battery then scan the correct one, she kept telling me I own her when I was in fact owed at least $26 dollars in return. Had my original receipt because I did not leave due to no battery that I had to change by myself. Spent at least 20 min arguing with this cashier/manager who claimed she knew what she was doing when she obviously didn't, never received my full refund because she was more concerned about arguing who was right then doing her job. I would not go there again especially if they have incompetent workers who can't even work the register. The Cashier/Manager she kept my original receipt and gave me this other one that doesn't make since. Guess getting $10 back is better then dealing with her incompetence. Don't advise going if you have questions the lady can't help you. Store#5632

I had a battery issues during my 4hr drive home. I was directed by google to this store as it was closest to me. The Staff were very polite and helpful. I am sorry to stay i did not get the names of the two employee who help me with changing my battery. Needless to say they save me from having to find a dealership and or repair shop on a Sunday afternoon far away from home town. Thank you again O'Reilly Employees at 1269 N Waterman Ave.

The one thing I don't like about O'Reilly's has affected even though you have what you want to buy you still have to stand in a long line to check out other then that, good staff
