I read and did my research of local banks in the area before I decided who I was going to choose for my banking purposes. As a veteran, I decided to choose Navy Federal credit Union. The process was fast and easy. I filled out an application online and received an email later on how I can submit documents to be verified. I could have uploaded it online or mailed it, but I am old-fashioned. I like to go in person. I made sure I brought all the documents, made sure the documents are recent and up to date to verify. I walked in and was greeted and let them know what I was there for. There was three people ahead of me. As I sat and waited in the lobby visual layout looks great, place looks clean and employees were professional interacting with other Members. I had the opportunity to have Brianna assist me. She was welcoming, professional, polite, verified my information and gave me my debit card on the spot. Explained the banking information and services and answered all my questions I had. Thank you Navy Federal credit Union!

Deposited a check last week and was told the cash had been ordered for pickup this week, I was surprised as checks usually take 5 business days to clear.Came in this week, but was told that cash can't be ordered until the check clears, which makes sense. Sophia was kind and helpful. Didn't get the name of the employee from last week, didn't think I'd need to ?♂️?♂️

Not sure why one of the workers (Brent) spent 5 mins checking if my id is fake when I just went there for a replacement debit card and to deposit a check. He then had me wait in the lobby for roughly 12 min before I said just mail me my debit card. He proceeded to apologize, saying that he told someone to grab it which I don't believe because he saw me waiting and went to count coins instead. The entire time the worker was condescending.

I’ve never had any problems at this Navy Federal. The bank tellers are always nice and friendly, and it is always quick going in and out of there. Such a large branch for how infrequently it seems busy.

Hi, my son and I went to this location(San Bernardino Branch) today (9/14/23) and our experience with your senior rep (Anna) was disrespectful and discriminatory. We arrived at the bank at 9:05 am and was the only customer in the facility at that time. The Federal Navy greeter (Ann) greeted us with kindness. I asked her if we could speak with a branch manager and she said that person wasn't in yet but a senior rep could assist. The senior rep was Anna who never came out of her office to greet us or even acknowledge us. We had been waiting for 15 plus minutes to be assisted. When Anna did come out of her office, she walked right by us, never said a word and kept going. After that, Julia, another senior rep came over and asked if she could assist, so we started working with her to try and get our issue resolved. As we were working with Julia, I saw Anna go out of her way to assist another customer who had just come into the bank. After I saw this behavior of Anna's, I approached her when she was free and expressed to her what I had saw. I said to her, I noticed you came right out of your office to help another customer, but you never extended that customer service to my son and I. Anna;s reply was, "yes I did do that. I should have assisted ya'll but I didn't". Her attitude was "oh well". I told her that I was going to report her to Federal Navy's HQ office, and her gestor was as if she didn't even care. We do plan to file a formal complaint against that branch regarding Anna's discriminatory behavior. And her attitude was very disturbing. My recommendation is to remove Anna as a senior rep and send her to a interpersonal training course and a customer service training course. If those training course doesn't help her, then maybe you should transfer her to your death valley facility if you have one.Signed a very dissatisfied customer/federal employee

Everytime I go they always respectfully greet me quickly. I always can get in and out quickly the only time not quick is before a holiday or after need more tellers at those times…

Horrible I wanted to do a deposit to my savings and then checking. I asked the rep if she could help me make the 2 separate deposits, she didn't and everything ended up in my savings account.

Excellent Staff Very Friendly and all staff from the Individuals that work the front desk, Teller and or to the person that is Assigned to assist you. Very happy with the customer service my wife and I were provided at this branch yesterday. We had pulled a loan for a trailer and were having some headaches with the dealerships verification process (and had limited time to make it right). The branch manager David and employee Jonathan (sorry if spelt incorrectly) worked with a sense of urgency, understanding, and didn’t stop till they found a solution. Another representative at this store (never got her name) offered a creative solution that worked. The way they worked as a team and made us feel along the way was beyond amazing customer service. They worked on it all the way up until closing time on a Friday! I am very satisfied with NFCU collectively, NFCU continues to do things that solidifies why I won’t bank with anyone else. Thank you all x10!

This is, THANKFULLY! now a full-service branch. During a recent visit, I was treated professionally and with courtesy. I am happy we finally have an actual branch in San Bernardino. Hopefully, more will be added in the Inland Empire.

I would give this NFCU branch a zero star if it was available for the review, went into the branch recently to conduct very important financial banking, and was met with difficulties, by both the member services Samantha, and by the branch manager David . Furthermore, they then got on the phone with a so called specialist, who could not answer any of my banking questions either regarding my Navy Veteran fathers navy federal credit Union account, NFCU definitely does not look out for its members or families that’s for sure! Poorly trained staff should not be conducting BANKING with everyones HARD EARNED MONEY. Have been disappointed now twice with "in Branch Banking" at the Moreno Valley location and now here... my Dad a honored Navy Veteran and his caregiver myself deserved much better treatment!
