I went to this store 305 E ST NAPA for the guarantee of a hub bearing and manager sherry was super rude and they do not respect the product warranty policies, the worst car part I have seen; they wanted me to show that a certified mechanic said why and how the part was damaged to be able to proceed with the warranty

Location has very good parking. All employees are friendly had to special order parts. Most parts are USA made. top quality made parts. Highly recommend napa first choice on parts.

Napa auto parts online, not the individual store. They do not have an address they exist entirely in the cloud. This company site uses sleazy and deceptive tactics to get your money. When searching for a part, I looked for a seller that would get me the part fastest. Napa auto parts online, had a one week delivery date which was better than their competitors, after the week expired with no parts, I asked what happened. Napa online gave me a run-around and said the date on the website was just a shipping date! And they couldn't even meet that pitiful deadline. I recommend avoiding this retailer, all of the other parts distributors give you an actual delivery date, and not a useless shipping date.

As you walk down the aisles you can tell the supply shortage has hit them extremely hard as they were out of alot of items. And they are simple things like lightbulbs and fuses, those are not hard things to get delivered. I'm just thinking small things like that end up walking out the door.. But after seeing there inventory or lack there of I won't be going back. Back to the big chain Auto parts stores.
