These guys are awesome! Very professional and welcoming. Me being speech impaired when I first went after reading some of the reviews, I was a little hesitant cause of the area BUT man these guys know how to make you feel comfortable. John and his brother weren't pushy at all or trying to upcharge me on anything. They informed me of all my problems once they were aware and I really like how they didn't give me their guesses as an answer like some places. They informed me it could be this or that but they need to do a diagnostic first, which confirmed the problem. Also, when I picked up my car Johnt kept the part so I could self examine what the problem was and he explained everything he did. My main thing is being someone with a disability and not being able to talk, they were very patient with me and I barely find that in the service industry. So thanks guys, I will be recommending and returning for future services. 2011 Ford Explorer runs great!

Poor customer service. Dude wouldn't even open the gate to talk to me. Denied work flat-out. I don't know what kind of business model that is. Had a question (help) & a small repair needed following that.All good, took my business down the street (tailgate work on my truck, bumper work & a door on a car).

Love these guys. Junior and my dad are the only ones I'll let work on my truck. He's been honest and saved me thousands by not doing unnecessary work "recommended" by other mechanics. I always recommend him to others. Thanks guys! And the expedition thanks y'all too!
