Since 2021 I have used this means to send a box every 4 months, they were delivered to my house. But the last two times it has NOT been like that, they ask that you go pick them up at a certain place or that you pay an extra to deliver them to your home. In addition, they are not responsible for damage (breaks/punctures) to the boxes. That's how it happened to me, I hope not to anyone else.
