I brought a open box phone, it was defected and can't do anything. There was a no refund , but I was desperate and expected the phone to do at least the basic of a smart phone. I literally cant have 2 apps open at the same time like listen to music and use google maps, i cant even have messaging running in the background. Be careful and I would suggest going to a different metro when looking to purchase a phone.

We go to the movies together to relax and get out of the house for awhile. We enjoy being together. We are married 40 years. I would do it over again. We have four adult children and six Grandchildren. We are blessed.

Went in today 1/21/22 around 2PM. Two girls and one guy working, the girl who "helped" me didn't tell me her name but she was extremely unfriendly and rude, didn't seem like she wanted to help me at all. She knows she works in customer service right? I felt shooed out of the store. Didn't give me insight on any offers I had on my account, even though I mentioned I knew I had an upgrade. Told me to call customer service for every question I had. I ended up just doing it on my own online. Seems like there's no point in having a storefront if the employees just tell you to do it yourself online or over the phone. It's so bad I want to give you a zero, but that's not possible. So I give you a one.

Fraudulent. Set up my account with insurance I did not agree to. Locked me into a monthly that I did not agree to and now I have to deal with the corporate entity to resolve this. Horrible! The smaller franchisee stores are truly a hit and a miss. My advice to you would be to miss this store. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I cant believe this store Owner can be so careless. I went to buy 4 new phones i spent $1200 AND NONE of them Worked. He sells Refurbished PHONES NOT NEW! Owner does not assist you with problems
