I came into the store with a personal emergency and Saydee made sure that I got everything I needed done, in less than 10 minutes. I am so glad she helped me out. Store #3992 has a wonderful and caring worker. Thanks again.

Came into the store with questions about starting a new service. Both customer service representatives were amazing. Ara helped me and made the switching process of providers so easy. She was amazing and answered all of my questions, she even helped me by saving an additional amount per monthly bill. Great customer service, great communication, very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for new service.

I give this place 6 stars I was treated really good, Say Dee was very nice, excellent service .I got what I went in to get and I was happy with the recommendations given to me .I recommend the 40th and Sierra way Metro PCS to every body .I'm happy customer Thank you Say Dee good service

Having an issue with a lost phone I visited the Metro phone store, Rarely have I encountered individuals who treated me as if I were there number one customer. If you go to this store do not go to Yessi she is absolutely rude and doesn’t know anything every time I had a question she wouldn’t know the answer, she had nothing but attitude, it’s was just a horrible experience, I ended up not buying anything because I did not like how I was getting treated. If you don’t like people or don’t know how to treat other people you probably shouldn’t be working in costumer service

Jacqueline Was Wonderful No can't complain most def will be back ! She had good customer service and had a answer for every question and another thing is she didn't hesitate to let me know which good deals was out and they had to offer

The service in this place is truly five stars, come in and talk to Sadie and she will answer all your question I've had the best sales experience in this store than every other store i have visited, they are always willing to help and always willing to make sure you walk out happy, I walked in yesterday to get my daughter a cell phone, we all walked out happy, I got a great deal on an I-Phone XR my family was happy and this is always how we leave this Metro store, come in and talk to Sadie she will make your day. Thank you Sadie for all your help.

Amazing experience!!!! the associate Saydee helped me today she was so kind and so helpful and she made my whole experience so stress free and she even made me laugh and smile from ear to ear I won’t be going to any other metro but this one and I highly recommend other people do to.

I don't even know where to begin. Ordered a phone a little under a month ago and the employee sent it to the wrong address. An 1100.00 phone was sent to an abandoned house 20 blocks from where it should have been delivered. Management was unresponsive and avoided calls. They avoided giving me an email or phone number to a direct supervisor. After all of this, I would STRONGLY suggest you deal with their internet sales force.
