Shot out to the awesome ladies & gentleman working at the T- mobile store on Sierra way. Great customer service there Also shot out to the young lady that saw me walking up as she was locking the store up & went out of her way to make sure I got not just 1 pair of solar eclipse glasses, but with her setting the bar high for the store she made sure she gave me 3 pair of solar eclipse glasses thank you so much highly recommend this location for any of your T-mobile needsin the future !⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came into the store with a personal emergency and Saydee made sure that I got everything I needed done, in less than 10 minutes. I am so glad she helped me out. Store #3992 has a wonderful and caring worker. Thanks again.

Came into the store with questions about starting a new service. Both customer service representatives were amazing. Ara helped me and made the switching process of providers so easy. She was amazing and answered all of my questions, she even helped me by saving an additional amount per monthly bill. Great customer service, great communication, very friendly. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for new service.

Having an issue with a lost phone I visited the Metro phone store, Rarely have I encountered individuals who treated me as if I were there number one customer. If you go to this store do not go to Yessi she is absolutely rude and doesn’t know anything every time I had a question she wouldn’t know the answer, she had nothing but attitude, it’s was just a horrible experience, I ended up not buying anything because I did not like how I was getting treated. If you don’t like people or don’t know how to treat other people you probably shouldn’t be working in costumer service

The service in this place is truly five stars, come in and talk to Sadie and she will answer all your question I've had the best sales experience in this store than every other store i have visited, they are always willing to help and always willing to make sure you walk out happy, I walked in yesterday to get my daughter a cell phone, we all walked out happy, I got a great deal on an I-Phone XR my family was happy and this is always how we leave this Metro store, come in and talk to Sadie she will make your day. Thank you Sadie for all your help.
