Staff here are very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the products in the store, plans and everything. They guided me to the right phone for me, at the right price, with a discount. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Had to take my mom to get a new phone so she wanted to go to Metro by T Mobile. Since she already had service with them before.They were able to get her a brand new Samsung 13 5G compatible phone with case and ultimate service.For less than 200.00 out the door and after that 60 bucks a month.The staff were very helpful and friendly.Especially Jasmine was a big help getting all my moms Info transferred from her old phone.Jasmine had great customer service skills.She was very patient with my elderly mother.Talked to her in simple terms & then explained everything to me in great detail.She was top notch!The other two gentlemen working there were very friendly and helpful as well.Overall a great experience.

customer service here SUCKS!!! I walked in and there were three employees standing there, two of which were helping others and one was wiping down the counter. NOT one of them greeted me or at least told me "one moment". All of them just looked and went about they business. I patiently waited at least five minutes and never did I get any type of acknowledgment. Especially since one of the employees were not doing anything productive, she could have took two seconds to tell me "hello", or "just a minute". After my five minutes I left and I will not be back to this location. DO BETTER!

Iam all about service, and this place gives the great service. People are professional, they no there product, very friendly all the time I go in there. Its alot because Iam not great with my phone, always need help. They are not plushie, when I tell them I dont have alot of money. They take there time to show me how to use my phone. I recommend shopping at this Metro pc. Thank you to all the staff there for always giving me and my family great service

So let me just say thank you so much for being open during this time! Today I had to do a few things I had no idea how to do, I was helped by Chris, and he was insanely helpful. He knew exactly how to do everything I needed and had me out fast . He was kind, and professional. He made my experience fun and less like an errand... When I need to pay my bill that's the place I'll be going and hopefully he's the one to help me!!!! 100% satisfied with the service!

The people here are very paranoid about the virus with there lisos and everything and don't want anyone to even touch anything and kick them out for it , they were also pretty rude

They don't value their customer my phone has factory warranty and they didn't honor it they told me that the system is locked and it won't let them do the factory warranty that bunch of lied they didn't want to give the warranty I will never go back to the business establishment I went to another facility and I got my warranty
