Had an IPhone 13 placed on hold to purchase was reassured several times that it would be on hold until agreed date. Confirmed with several representatives that phone would be placed on hold. I went to the store to pick up phone, only to be told the phone had been sold earlier in the day. No representative called to inform me. Super unprofessional, I explained to them prior to the hold if this request would be possible because it was a gift. Overall, customer service was initially great, but disappointed in the follow through. .

Metro by T- mobile that l have been with for a few yrs. has always served me well . The hrs they open and close are standard times and dates like any other business and the employees are helpful plus nice enough. You can't go wrong with Metro and the location is commercially within reach easy enough to get to , parking accessible also !

They don't value their customer my phone has factory warranty and they didn't honor it they told me that the system is locked and it won't let them do the factory warranty that bunch of lied they didn't want to give the warranty I will never go back to the business establishment I went to another facility and I got my warranty
