Alina was so amazing. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down the best TMOBILE experience I've ever had. She was able to answer all of my questions and set up my new phone. She deserves a raise or something.

Don't go to this place!!!I go for a promo cell phone that the cost is $39.99, and they want to charge me $270 dlls for it, i ask why, and they only told me that it was the final price including service ($50), activation ($30) and taxes (like $30), i ask to them to tell me how much is for each thing and the total was like $150, i ask again why they charge me $270? And they just saying thats what the system show, and i ask again why its a $100 dlls difference? And one of them just say its a store fee, they try to charge me $100 dlls for store fee for a $39.99 phone? If you want to buy a cell phone in this place check what you are paying, they will charge you for things you don't want.

What a relief to find a T-Mobile store with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! As a business owner myself, customer service is everything!!! And after having a horrendous experience at T-Mobile off Riverside Ave in Rialto (never go there) Mercedes' made my day!!! I even had a little attitude cause of what I just experienced and she was so patient and helped me thoroughly and answered every question I had with ease. Gave me options and explained the best options for me. Even though this store is 10 miles out of the way I will gladly make this trip no problem. I couldn't remember the other gals name but she was pleasant as well and that's 100% employee rating since it was just them two. I highly recommend this store and they have my business for as long as i have T-Mobile

Do not come here! I was wanting to buy the new iPhone 13 and the lady her name is Mercedes' lied to me and charged me for a phone case iPhone charger cube and a screen protector she said all that was added was free but I just went to the store and got my refund do not come here!Check receipt!!

Gabriela was super informed on everything she sold to us! Not to mention a good saleswoman too. :) She is amazing at her job and she said she just started here! Best t mobile experience. I've gone into t mobile locations before and had them hide numbers, misinform me, and overall just not care. I hope she made great commission on our brand new iPhones!!! Thanks

Don't ever come to this location it's a third party store the only two employees that were working. Very rude and disrespectful didn't even bother greeting us or putting us on the waiting list. Then he said me and my dad aren't allowed to stand by the entrance door because it causes a biohazard idk how if he wasn't even wearing a mask. He was a tall Caucasian male always wearing a hat with a Hispanic shirt female. Anyways don't ever go there go to the one off Harriman in San Bernardino

I don't even know where to start. I came in with my family to get my husband a new galaxy and to have the iPhone we just bought him ( that he didn't like) transferred over to my line. When we got there we where greeted by a man with longish hair I believe his name was Zach? Maybe not idk but he stated he was the manager. We tell him what we wanted to do and he says no problem asks for my ID and I tell him my name has changed because I got married several years ago. He then stated I needed to call customer service to have it changed or he can't help me I told him I have called and they told me I need to go into a store and the store tells me I need to call it's been going on for years (hasn't stopped me from getting new phones in the past) and he tells me to call while he is there and he we handle it so I call 611 and sit on hold for 15 and the lovely gentleman comes up to me and tells me he is off now and LEAVES!!! Then customer service comes on the line and tells me I have to change my name at the store! So customer service ends up calling the store and talking to a kid named Charles who said he will handle it I assume. So then 45 minutes later because everyone was now helping other customer Charles is now trying to change my name which took another 15 minutes after getting that taken care of he says have a nice day and I proceeded to tell him that's not even the reason we where here. So now we explain to him that we want to purchase the galaxy and switch the iPhone to me he sets my husbands phone up with his SIM card but doesn't help transfer anything over so there for we can't transfer my stuff over either he said we could do it at home I assume he could tell I was irritated because he gave us a free charger box and now here I am 4 hours later and still can't get my iPhones to sync one phone has half of my info and the new phone has another half so now I have to go back to another store tomorrow when it should have all been dealt with right then and there.

Don't come here. Go to the one off Harriman. It's worth it. The workers here suck and have bad attitudes. They ran my credit, removed my screen protector, and reset my phone. Then at the last second some short fat chick no even involved in my transaction said they couldn't accept my trade in for some BS reason. Even the associate that was helping me looked confused. My trade in was in perfect condition btw. Then she tried to get me to pay for the new phone without the trade in credit. I walked out and called another store. They said they never heard of the reason I was given as to why my trade wasn't accepted. Drove down the road to the Harriman location and was taken care of and was in and out. Don't remember the name of the little hater associate. Some short fat Hispanic chick. Not my fault you have to work at T-Mobile. Deuces!
