My phone having trouble when on Wednesday they said I needed my mom phone number when on Thursday the girl said she couldn't do it. Like ok if you don't know how to do your job right get the freak out of there because I bought my phone 2 months ago.

Don't deal with metro period they are a terrible company it's like they are trained to lie to customers my cousin called them about a phone he wanted they said it was in stock when he got there it wasn't in stock they tried to sell him a different phone. I can't believe TMobile allows this company to use they network an be associated with such a terrible terrible company i don't know how this company is still in business the way they lie an rip people off every chance they get!

I honestly do not know what's happening to this Metro spot I tried calling to see if they had a specific phone but when i called 3x nobody answered so i thought they were busy, I really tried avoiding pulling up just to price a phone due to this heat and the gas prices, but when i pull up to the store there was NO customers at all besides a girl worker behind the counter and a dude in a black T-mobile shirt so i called again inside my car just too see if they would pick up because there was NOBODY inside the store and nope they just let the phone ring. Like why work at a place that involves answering the phone and helping customers out if you're not going to be doing your job duties. Management really needs to be present to see what they're doing.

Tried to cancel my account but told me they weren't able to. Tried calling and told me that they were able to make changes. So the girl on the counter lied. They also tried to overcharge me $10.

I went in and bought a phone and store manager his name is ceasar charged me more money then what the price was he over charged me i found out because i went to a different store and bought my husband the same phone and for less and they don't give u your recipe and they give you nothing but lies he should not be working there if hes going to be stealing from clients i wish i could give no stars bad customer service

Horrible customer service. I went in cause I wanted to switch from sprint, they were extremely rude. They told me that I had to be on the $60 plan in order to get a free phone and that it was gonna come up to almost 200. Then went to the one in colton by Cardenas the manager Elizabeth was so friendly and helpful. I ended up paying 140 with a case and screen protector. I recommend going to the one in colton over this one anyday.

Walked in there so I could reactivate my phone was told they could do it but I had to get most expensive plan they offer...LOL...so I just had to ask why and no I wasn't surprised from her answer (I don't know why just have to) I asked how much and once again I wasn't surprised on how quickly she gave me some outrageous price of $90 something. So I showed her who's smarter I got the New Moto G7 power a new number for $30 cheaper ðŸ‘💪👊

They don't value their customer my phone has factory warranty and they didn't honor it they told me that the system is locked and it won't let them do the factory warranty that bunch of lied they didn't want to give the warranty I will never go back to the business establishment I went to another facility and I got my warranty
